I've been coming to this store for over a year now and I am consistently disappointed. This store runs on self checkout only. so if you have a full basket of groceries there's not enough room and the machine will have to keep calling the manager over, but they will be helping other Coustomers, so you'll have to wait. I guess this is fine if your just getting a couple things but after my last experience I will be shopping at the Busch's on 14 mile. it's a bit further from me but well worth the drive.

They never have the prime that I want their always out of stock. They don't have a good customer service.would not recommend.

I used to love this store and would drive out my way to come to this location , and above that to shop at Kroger over the other big stores. BUT Kroger's refusal to keep checkout lanes staffed is getting out of hand and I'm questioning if it's worth it. My food bill here is indicative that you can pay someone a decent wage to work. Maybe they can't keep employees for other reasons. I started writing this review 10 minutes into my wait to checkout. I'm still here with 6 ppl ahead of me, all with full carts waiting for the conveyor belt lines. Please do something.

Sad to say that this store has been, and continues to go downhill. They used to have friendly, helpful employees, but now you're lucky if there is even one checkout lane open. Shelves don't get restocked. Fewer selections of many items. And nobody there to help you. You can't blame covid; other Krogers in the area aren't getting bad like this one. I'll be driving an extra 5 minutes away to go to a different location from now on. This one has become really bad.

I ordered a cake at the bakery a week prior to when i needed the cake, the lady taking the order wrote down all my information and informed me to come @4 when i needed the cake. i went to go pick it up and they FORGOT to make my cake. keep in mind this batman cake was for my 4 year old brother. do you know how upset he was?! i totally do not recommend. to top it off i got not a single sorry or anything! nothing! i asked them to write happy birthday on a cake at the least! they were so beyond rude! i will NOT order anything from this Kroger again! worst employees! worst customer service! i am furious. if i could give this place zero stars i would.

I'm a 30 year old struggling single mother and HANNAH from this location. Big blondie. All I wanted was a bottle of wine to open up after I put my special needs child to sleep. She looked at my ID and asked my 4 year old if she could see his ID as well. HE IS 4. OBVIOUSLY HE IS NOT GOING TO BE DRINKING MY CABERNET. Then she asked if he could at least see his "retard ID" to prove his special needs. My kid felt her ablism despite his inability to hear (due to his retardism) and started crying so she kicked us out. Also their cucumbers are a bit soft for liking.

Don't get balloons or floral here. The ladies are rude unhelpful and terrible customer service. Sent my husband on the runaround for two kids balloons. The one with the bad eyebrows is the worst

Your cashier Yogi is not someone who should be working in your store. She’s a very rude employee. She ignores people when they need help and mumbles things under breath when she walks away.

SCAM ALERT- there is no $50 to transfer a prescription! Three calls, 1.5 hours on the phone, three stores, two pharmacies, a 'customer service' desk closed middle of the day? My Rx is NOT NEW, it's a transfer. What a scam. Don't shop here. I asked to send pics of my old and new prescription labels to their "specialist" who insists my old prescription is new, but they won't allow it.

Yelp info is incorrect. They do not take Apple Pay here. Other than that it's an ok store. Due to pandemic they have staff issues and have limited deli hours.

I am amazed that when I purchase canned Soda or bottled lemonade, I am always charged the bottle fee, but if I try to return the 2L bottles they are rejected most of the cans and bottles are labeled Please Recycle and are not eligible for money back Kroger needs to update their computer system and stop stealing my money for an obsolete Michigan recycling charge

so because some psycho shot someone in the parking lot, these poor employees are terrified to ask customers to put on masks. The 1 star is actually for the stupid customers who do not wear masks. shame on you.

Dear Kroger, you need to get more lanes opened during prime shopping hours.... 3 lanes at 6pm is not enough when customers are down the isles. no baggers... customers have to bag own groceries. get it right or I will go elsewhere. I watched people leave baskets and walk out. where's your store manager... manage the ques. hire more people.

Arrived today approx 3pm, parking lot was covered in snow & slush, handicapped parking spaces very dangerous 2” of slush snow & ice for handicapped drivers to get out of their car into. Extremely dangerous especially for injured or handicapped customers. Too dangerous to shop here. Can you imagine what would happen if newly replaced knee customer slipped in that mess? Too dangerous for elderly injured customers. Very disappointed in this Kroger store & their lack of concern for the safety of their customers.
