I'm leaving a one star review for the person who prepared my pick up grocery order. Not because the order was wrong, but because they felt it necessary to put 5 notes in my bags as a reminder to click on the "I'm on my way" button. They even highlighted it. My husband picked up the order bc I'm sick and he arrived at the store before I knew he was on his way. One note would have been sufficient. 5 of them feels aggressive. Take note management!

Went before 8 AM, big mistake, no cashiers, no service desk, the woman working the self checkout was willfully unhelpful, a product marked 3.99 rang up as 6.99. I was told that no one could help me because there is no service desk before 8:00, when I said I didn't want it I was told there was nothing I could do until 8:00. She then kept my receipt. The men's room was a wreck, and the egg asile had 2 crates parked, making it impassable. This Kroger is a mess, and new management would do this place a world of good.

They have stupid cashiers . I am over 50 and they didn’t wanna let me buy beer with no ID on me. I spend over $1000 k a month at this store. I’ll go to Meijer from now on! You pissed me off!

Moved to Wixom November 2019. This is closest Kroger to me. I have seen the decline of a poorly run business only get worse. With the exception of a very few kind older women, the staff here is horrific. Horribly unprofessional. Cashier sitting and sleeping at the checkout line. NO JOKE. Very abrupt and rude. Store is always a mess. Smells like weed. Staff is in parking lot making drug deals and smoking. Sex acts in cars. Have seen many drug deals in parking lot by the way when cars aren't being broken into. Many parked cars for days with "residents" sleeping in them. Been insulted on more than one occasion by cackling young girl mentioning that I was too old to ask for I.D. Just recently, the large, bearded clown they now have working self-checkout came to me to verify ID for alcohol. Took it to his little podium to remove security device and left it there. Left to do other things and assist others. I waited. Asked him " hey buddy am I good to go?" Looks at me with look of disgust and says loudly "YEAH." I replied, thanks for bringing it back to me, guess I'll get it from your "secure" podium and leave. Just yesterday evening, store was very slow, I went through an actual line because the bearded creep was there yet again. The goof at the register rang me up and then looked at me asking "do you need help bagging?" There was nobody else behind me waiting. Another lady working there had left bagging when I walked up to ring up just one customer on lane next to me. I said "sure I can take care of this myself I guess since my bagger left and you are just going to stare, I can of course handle what is actually your job." What am I missing in the store? Food is always expired, and I have never been in a place of business with worse customer service. Management is miserable. I have addressed these issues with another bearded smug creep at customer service many times. Zero personality and assistance. Highly do not recommend this store when there are many others. I will drive. Other reviews mention the lack of staff and wait times. Although that may be true at times, that doesn't bother me, I'd rather do self-checkout and am very patient. Get real management and staff that are of some assistance. Not sloppy unprofessional insulting clowns.

Good luck getting in and out. Several weeks of 1 u scan bank open at 5/6pm. Lines down a whole aisle. 2 regular lanes open if that.

Store is OK. I've been here several times. My complaint todays is with the Store policy of keeping one of the entrances closed until 10am. This is extremely dangerous. Forget about the inconvenience of walking to the other door. My legs aren't broken I don't care about that. What about an emergency situation. First responders could be delayed. What if there's a fire? Or in these crazy times some freak comes in and your trapped with only one exit to escape from ? This policy should be changed immediately!!!!

Went to use customer service. Hours are 8am-8pm and it’s closed at 630pm for the evening. Hire more staff

litterly worst kroger ever lmao. they dont hire anyone. its normally an hour long self check out(the only checkout open) wait on a wensday night. it is always a long line because they dont hire cashiers.

Last time I am ever going to this location. At 7:45 pm on a Wednesday they have a SINGLE cashier line open, ONE set of self checkouts even though THREE exist at their store. The manager was VERY slow to help people with lights flashing at self checkout, and the lines were halfway to the back of the store. I contemplated just handing her items and telling her I just spent 15 minutes trying to buy milk and cream cheese and didn't have time to return them to the shelf myself. Their produce is regularly awful, and many shelves are completely out of stock for simple items. Their organization of shelves is bad as well.

Worst Kroger I’ve ever been to in the state of Michigan. First of all the parking lot is frustrating as there is buggies left everywhere in the lot it’s actually pathetic. the produce and vegetables are of the LOWEST quality as there were rotten and moldy items on the counter. Customer service is abysmal. as for checking out they eye everyone down like criminals trying to steal. Not coming back to this Kroger. If you value your time and money I would go elsewhere. Kroger is also a tremendously GREEDY and CORRUPT.

Understaffed by burnt out employees that don't care. Service desk always seems to be closed, management doesn't seem to be present. I don't blame the staff, people need to be supported and appreciated to be successful.

The best grocery store around. Be sure to use the Kroger app to get the discounts. They even do the shopping for you so that you can have them load your car and drive away!!!! Highly recommend Krogers.

Nice store to shop. Love the deli dept. Like the ready to go foods, lunch or dinner. Makes it an easy dinner night. The ribs were really good. Would recommend them. I found everything I was looking for. A good experience at this store.
