The bakery is exceptional at this location. Also explore the deli. This Kroger has ready cooked meals. Clean and convenient.

I can not stand this location. The employees are Rude and so is the night Manager who locks the doors. You don't have to make Snarky comments to customers. I'm never shopping here.

Constant mold issue in their fruits. Their employees just ignore it when brought to their attention. They must not clean out the contamination in their coolers/shelves and the mold spores keep taking over each new supply that is stocked. Or they get them moldy and put them out moldy. Also, I've never seen moldy bananas until this store and it's often lately. I also believe they are full of fruit fly eggs.

Hard to maneuver around the store because of carts filled with empty boxes or filled with food. I feel the store is filthy and needs a good cleaning. The floor is gross. One cashier, the rest of the open lanes are self checkout. A picture speaks 1000 words.......

Walked in to the Bakery to order a cake for my child's birthday early in the morning. Asked the older woman behind the counter if I'm able to order a cake, she answered with a cold short "NO" so I ask why is it too early? She says that's a stupid question and says they don't take orders anymore because nobody wants to work... well I can certainly see why nobody wants to work with her.

I’ve never seen a worse run grocery store. You will ALWAYS be waiting in line for at least 10 minutes to check out, usually 15. Go to Meijer’s instead

Of course today the crowds were overwhelming..there wasnt even enough staff for a normal crowd..I'm tired of checking and packing my own groceries with about 30 angry customers standing behind you but seems to be the only option other than one lonely cashier with a line down the aisle.could order on line but always hit or miss if you'll get what you ordered..if you treat your staff the way you treat you customer no wonder no one wants to work there.

This kroger is really nice and always has everything I need. The girl at customer service with the long natural red hair is always so nice! The people at the self checkouts are always so helpful! They always have everything in stock, I prefer to buy Kroger meat over any other grocery store. Prices are great and they always have some good deals going on! Definitely recommend this location.

Such an awful store. Dirty, cramped and crowded, narrow aisles, nonsensical layout, huge lines all the time... It's not remotely equipped to deal with the amount of people that shop here. Do yourself a favor and take the extra 10 minutes to drive.. well, anywhere but here for your groceries.

Never had an issue. Except for a lot of their food supply being gone

I can’t believe the experience I had here. With my family low on funds this week I came here and spent 20 minutes picking out foods that were accepted with WIC. At the checkout it printed my benefits and showed that they were available, it even said the total it was talking off but then there was an error. The manager said “oh there’s nothing I can do about that contact the state of Michigan” not even an apology. It’s not a state of Michigan issue as it was showing my benefits it’s an issue with KROGER and THEIR system. I had to leave the store crying, without food to feed my kids. I’d give you guys 0 stars if I could.

If you constantly have lines at self checkout than open ALL self checkout lanes. This is ridiculous. This store really is on the downward trend

For a store that prides itself on the “customer first” policy, I’ll never understand how lines like this have become such common practice. What’s the point in having so many registers to begin with if they cannot be occupied?
