The experience was flawless. My sales person Chris Ondonsky was exceptional in getting me into a new vehicle. I was pulling ahead early on my lease. I told him what I was able to manage and he did not pressure me into anything I was unable to be uncomfortable doing. I was very happy with my experienceCarter the financial advisor from leasing was also wonderful. This is my second Subaru lease and I will be back for a third !!!!

The cat who helped me was all kinds of cool. He told me about the video walk around inspection that would be coming my way, as well as discussed the options for service I has access to. He was polite, thorough, and even helped me find a deal on my oil change. I wish the Subaru near me in GA had more people like him.

Joel Curlee was such a pleasure to work with. I drove from out of town to see a vehicle and even though it was late he was polite and professional and and made the process as simple and pleasant as can be. The service is top notch every time. The staffs are nice, thorough, and prompt. Due to scheduling, I asked for the pick up/ drop off service twice now and the service I received, from the time they were on the way to pick up my car to drop off- incredible! I highly recommend! Nick the service staff that assisted me throughout the process- amazing. Provided updates consistently and answered all my questions. Thank you.

Everyone was AMAZING! Reid Luchenbill (our salesman) ...He absolutely was the biggest reason we decided to purchase our car. He was so kind, so professional & most of all, so personable! We enjoyed working with him! He went above & beyond. We were very impressed with the fact that he knew everything about our car from top to bottom, front to back. We will definitely come back to him when we're ready for our next Subaru!

Lafontaine Subaru in Commerce township delivers the best service!! I’ve been there numerous times. Oil changes, routine maintenance and concerns. The staff is welcoming, kind and genuine. Nick in service is top notch. I went in for an oil change. Nick answered all my questions I had about my car, he also gave me useful advice on my tires, he was patient and knowledgeable.The sales and service staff at Lafontaine has never let me down !!Take your Subaru ❤️to the Best at Lafontaine in Commerce.

I have been a long-time supporter of American made cars until I realized their quality, safety, and customer service just doesn’t even come close to Subaru. I was very unhappy with another car company, which led me to just walk in and give Subaru a try. I’m so thankful for Carter throughout the entire search and buying process. He was so helpful, answered all our questions, and was easy to reach at any time. Parker was also great. Now that I’ve been driving the Subaru for a while, it definitely exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this location, Carter, and the brand as a whole.

Staff was very professional and friendly. My car was taken in, a preliminary diagnosis was made, and I was given an approximate time for the service repair. I took advantage of the shuttle service and was surprised at how quickly the repair was completed. All aspects of my service visit were top notch. Thank you.

Extremely disappointed by the service department. Guy in charge is named COREY TEMPLE and for the last several weeks he has been ignoring my voicemails, never picking the phone. (I only needed some simple questions answered - how long will a particular repair job take? Is there another appointment time available other than the one he arbitrarily assigned to us?) They undoubtedly figured that since we've been such a reliable cashcow (we bought two cars from them & have been doing all maintenance work there) even a basic courtesy is no longer needed. VERY disappointed

Stay away from this dealer, when purchasing a new vehicle. Bate and switch. Ordered new Subaru from the factory via VIP program. We agreed on the price and options. Put the deposit down. Waited few month for the vehicle to come in. Finally, got a call when it arrived. When I went in to do a paperwork, the price increased by almost $1,500 from what was agreed on. The increase is for "diamond windshield coverage". By the way, windshield is already covered by insurance. I asked them to remove this. The manager said that it would not make financial sense for them to sell it without this option. That is half of the VIP discount! I told them that they violated signed agreement (have a copy of it). They did not care. I ask for deposit back and got it quickly. That tells me they knew they were wrong. Waisted two month with them. I will let Subaru VIP know about this experience. The condition of the vehicle was something else. I will include pictures soon.

Something was wrong with my car and I drove into the dealership and had someone look at within minutes. It was not safe to drive and I was ready for a new car after getting almost 200K miles out of this one. In one afternoon Joel was able to give me a fair price for my old car and get me into the car of my dreams! I even made it back to work on the same day! Joel went above and beyond to make this happen quickly and smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about Subaru vehicles and I have my wife in a new Ascent now, but I was ready for something a little different. That said, I still take my new Bronco back to LAFONTAINE for things like oil changes because the service has been exceptional.

The car we ended up with is wonderful and so was our salesman. The Way they handled trade ins and the final haggling on the price was not optimal to say the least. Back and fourth a few times and still felt taken advantage of price wise. I would appreciate the best price first and transparency like some dealers offer!
