I asked for short nails and the lady who was doing them began to cut them extremely short until she started cutting my skin open. I immediately went home and had to sterile and put bandaids on my nails because it was constantly bleeding. Do not go here.

Classic design by Lucy herself. I absolutely love this place, appointment was right on time, fixed up my broken & short nails, had great conversation. Lucy was careful around my cuts & broken cuticles.

So bad ….. on the beginning the nails are nice but they only stay 1 week after that they start to open form the beginning of the nail and they get damaged

I had a great experience at Lucy's. I recently broke my wrist so I've been having a hard time managing my nails. The staff at Lucy's was gentle and kind. I highly recommend going to this salon.

I have been going to Lucy’s nails to see Michael for about over 8 years now! He does an amazing job every single time 😍 he takes his time, listens to what I want for my nails and I leave happy every time! I have been only getting dip as I like to keep my nails long and they always last at least 3-4 weeks without chipping or lifting. My natural nail's are always able to grow strongly because of how well Michaels work is! He’s super kind & funny too! t’s not a fancy salon by any means but they do a great job. GO SEE MICHAEL!

My last visit I had an appointment and it took 2 and 1/2 hours for a fill, which is unacceptable. It took this long, because I waited about 40 minutes for her to finish her customer and then once she started my service, she started other clients, polished another, stop and took payments, answered the phone, stop to eat, stop to chat with other workers….it was rude and poor service. My nails were just ‘ok’. I had asked for 2 to be shaped a little more, which wasn’t done. I was very frustrating to pay $70 and not be treated with respect.

I was absolutely disgusted and appalled here today. The girl up front with the child was wiping my cuticles onto the back of my hand instead of a napkin.. She said she wanted me to see "her good job. "
I was delayed over 2 hours in here.
They had an amateur do my pedicure, she had no idea what she was doing or how to apply polish ...
This place is sooooo dirty, sooooo unsanitary. I was beyond disgusted! I couldn't believe I was in Farmington. The health department needs to check this place out asap. There is no way the way they do things is legal!

Every time I’ve gotten a pedi/mani it’s been the best. Whether it’s a one hour pedicure or I arrive just before closing I always leaving feeling well cared for. Simply the best service.

Lucy is always so amazing and her work is perfect. She always does a clean job and tries to make my vision come to life from inspo pics I show her on instagram. The wait time can be long, sometimes I wait 20ish minutes, but that’s because they’re so popular and I will wait for a clean, crisp, solid manicure and pedicure

Intentionally puts extremely thin coats of shellac on so they can chip early. I don't pay for shellac for it to chip in the same amount of time as regular polish. I had to be assertive and ask for more coats. She took an extra long time trying to give me the thinnest coats possible when shellac should be a quicker process. I don't appreciate the dishonesty and they appeared to be bothered by me speaking up respectfully and refusing to be taken advantage of.Service: Manicure

Absolutely!!! Superb customer service Lucy is so sweet and pleasant and Sonya did my nails??and I loved them!!! I can’t wait to come back in two weeks!! Bring you and your friends here!! Asap!! And Tammy is the most nicest one!! They all are Fantastic!! And they stay open at 7:30 wowwww!!!
