The pharmacist obviously knows better than my doctor. So much so, that he refuses to fill my medications that the doctor has signed off on. Time for a Board of Pharmacy and Medical Licensing board complaint!

Whichever pharmacist tech that reopened to take my husband that was running late bc of my timing mistake ( LOL ) and get the medicine for our daughter that was called in last min on a Saturday night- THANK YOU! You are so kind! Never have had a bad interaction at this pharmacy & I always use them!! Thanks again!!!

I’ve been on hold for 45 mins. I have been out of meds for a week now and each time I call, I’m on hold…I had to take the day off to get thru to the pharmacy.Why won’t they close down already?Isn’t anyone monitoring this nonsense?Well… what goes around, comes around. I truly hope these losers get what they give us ? Amen!

Worst customers service, very bad attitude. Employees talking to customers like they are doing them a favor. I couldn’t even ask question without interruption and stop me giving me wrong answers . Never go back I transferred my prescription to Costco and cvs . These people treating patients really bad .

Lets talk the pharmacy. Rude staff. Especially Renee B. When I went to the counter she had an attitude because I went to drop off. Even though there is nothing but wet floor signs and garbage cans in front of the pick up side. When I said it was closed off she said no its not. Just rude.

We switched to Meijer about 8 months ago. My wife, being invalid and in much pain,thought we could rely on them. Every other month they don't have her meds in time. The last visit I was told that "I" could look for another Meijer to fill her pain meds. I asked if they could call, they did but to no avail. After all that they said they could partially fill until next delivery.(why didn't they try that first?) Today my wife called to collect on the balance, talked to the manager of pharmacy. She was told it would be ready today. He told her I had begged for the partial fill and if she was unhappy with him there are other pharmacies!?! Hey, corporate! Is that the way to treat customers? I know service jobs can be difficult but dickish behavior is uncalled for!

I’ve always found them to be very helpful. When I lost my insurance and had to pay attention to prices, they were by far the very best! The drive- thru is extremely convenient and always moves quickly. Would not go anywhere else!

Never have the prescriptions ready on time (even when they give a specific time), lose prescriptions, and don’t tell you when there’s a problem with the script from the doctor. All with bad attitudes.

It is the worst experience I’ve had ever this pharmacy is so bad and slow and the technician are not helpful my doctor send a prescription gheir and it stayed 6 days trying to order it they said it’s in back up order and then i was trying to transfer it to Kroger and every time i call them the put me on hold for 20 minutes or more. they are so rude and I don’t recommend this pharmacy anybody they are not helpful and they don’t care about the patients.

I got both the Covid booster and flu shot last week. I was impressed with the organization and professionalism of the staff. Despite being very busy, I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service doesn't exist, almost hour long hold times to speak to someone, always a line to get/request refills. Their phone system doesn't tell you if it's too early to fill your RX, so you show up stand in line 20 minutes to be told rudely you can't fill it yet... Do yourself a favor and choose a different more competent pharmacy, I never have these issues at CVS.

This pharmacy is absolutely incompetent. They frequently fill my prescriptions for fewer days than my doctor ordered. Over and over again I call in a refill request, they tell me it will be ready in two days, I drive over to pick it up, and they tell me it's out of stock. No one ever bothers to tell me that it's not available so I waste time and gas driving there for no reason. Tonight was the last straw. My doctor has me increasing the dosage of a medication so I called in a refill request on Monday, sooner than anticipated and was told it would be ready Tuesday. I showed up tonight to pick it up and the pharmacist told me they couldn't fill it because I was trying to refill it too soon and if I wanted it sooner I needed the doctor to send in a new prescription for a higher dosage. Since I'm almost out, I asked them if they'd have it available tomorrow if the doctor could call it in and they told me no, it's out of stock and wouldn't be in until Monday. The pharmacist "helpfully" told me that I needed to give them at least two days to fill prescriptions. When I pointed out I already did that she just gave me a blank look. Definitely avoid this pharmacy if you need your medications on time.

Generally rude and unwilling to help. I understand the pandemic and being busy because of shortages, etc. We all deal with this in nearly all occupations. It's not an excuse to be short with people all the time. If it made sense to move my scripts to another company or store that wasn't too far away, I would. The store in general is a dumpster fire. Lines half way to the back of the store or longer and managers standing around talking and laughing rather than getting on a lane/register to help the employees. Usually only two or three checkout lanes open of more than 25 lanes unless you want to 'work for them' and scan your own groceries without getting paid the $11.50 an hour and they offer for new help... They should discount $11.50 off of your bill because it'll take an hour to check out anyways.

Not quite sure why the less than five star reviews. I get all of my prescriptions and vaccinations at this pharmacy. I have always been greeted in a friendly and professional manner. A solid team in place. Thank you.
