I came for the first time over the weekend and I will not be back. My wait was very long almost 45 minutes, but I wasn't really upset about this as I was a walk in. Then, I got passed around to FOUR nail techs. I moved chairs 4 times. The man that ended up doing my nails was very rough with my hands. Look at my ring finger specifically, it's all beat up. I'm one that goes to get my nails done for relaxation and doesn't talk much during. There was nothing on the tv's but photos of different places around the world. I didn't have anything to watch or entertain me during my time.
I will say, the salon appeared very clean and they had great color choices which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars but I will not be back.

Don’t bother making an appointment. You arrive at your scheduled appointment time and you still just wait, and wait, and wait in the lobby until someone is ready.

My mom came in and she didn't even get to say what she had to say and you guys just told her to go sign in terrible service
Then when the people behind her came in you guys listened to them perfectly fine what was that for you guys should treat all customers the same BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FRFR

Had a gift card so decided to stop in. It is a clean and beautiful space! It was the perfect amount of busy; a lot of people inside which makes it more inviting, but with so many mani/pedi stations and staff members, I got right in and out. Price is comparable to other places, but I found service and friendliness of staff to be much better. Excited to return again in the future!

Jessica is number 1 ⭐️⭐️ I have been going to her for years and she never disappoints me. Her creative skills and art is beyond amazing. The nail salon is also very clean and comfy with friendly employees.

My fav place! Love Ryan but everyone that works there is kind and wonderful. I like that it is big and airy too and not fumey like some of the small places.

terrible. terrible terrible. never go here. I was a regular customer for 9 months, I had the same techniques dip nails, and pedicure- every month. done by Ivy.... at first she was great, but slowly I started noticing her prices changing after 6 months of going to her. I always reqyuested her as she did a great job. I paid a set price for my nails after dip for the last 6 months. I got designs tWICE and chrome TWICE. the price stayed the same for dip manicure and pedicure, DESIGNS, AND CHROME INCLUDE Always, last month I noticed a huge change in behavior after I waited a little longer to book and noticed she raised the price up 5$,.. no big deal when I got DESIGN DIP AND GEL...... I always tip her 20$ no matter what. THIS TIME I WENT IN, I got DIP with CHROME and GEL PEDICURE not only does ivy always rush, she always changes her appointments when I make them to accommodate HER. she is sometimes sloppy in her work I just never say anything. because she was a kind person and did an overall good job. just minor mistakes like uneven nails, missing paint, uneven dip. she seems like shes really new at nails. I really liked my nails anyway. I got this servce done yesterday. So we got done, and after the dip, chrome and gel she said my total with no tip. and it was 15 more dollars than last time even tho I always get the same thingafter speaking vitetmense all the appointment to her colleagues, and I use the translation app so I know they're talking about u. anyway. I go to pay and I ask her why the price went up with no tip and she said " I never charged you for chrome or design before ever and now I did and chrome is 15$" that's when I POLITELY said well I got chrome TWICE before and the price is always the same. she then wrote down some chicken scatch trying to justify her crazy pricing. I will always pay for a service especially if its well done. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE, this place just nickel and dimes and IVY treats regulars like garbage. Please reconsider spending your money here. I dont like being taken advantage of and i thought this lady was a really nice lady . I've never been to any other nail salon and she's the first person I ever had as a regular nail tech. she really made me feel uncomfortable and cheated. If u read all this, im very glad u did so you cann save your money for someone who deserves it. thanks for ur time. im never here to bad mouth, I just speak facts. you can see for yourself but I'll save you the time.

There are a lot of choices when it comes to nail salons in the area, but I have to say that you can't go wrong with Paradise Nails. I have been going there for years, and Jessica is the best. She always does a great job and my nails always look great!

Just got back after my boy friend and I got a pedicure. Well it took them less than 15 minutes. That was soaking, cutting nails and painting for me. Then when I got home they even painted over my cuticles. I think my grandson could have a better job. I am not sure what my boy friend paid but he gave them each a 10 dollar tip. Which was way too much for what was done. I will never recommend to any one.
