Just had my 1994 Corvette serviced at Paul's Automotive. They performed an oil change, coolant flush and brake fluid flush. All the work completed in one day. Very fair cost. I plan on using Paul's for more additional work on my Corvette.

Terrible communication, completely wasted my time. Never called me with an update on my vehicle. I had to call twice to get any updates.
At the end no work was done because they deemed the rust too bad. NO ONE TOLD ME.
It took me coming up to the shop to get this information. Only getting 1 star because they waived the inspection fee. Not coming back

My family has been using them for decades, Paul is an honest mechanic, and I personally can't thank him enough for the little things he has done since I've gone there
I took my car in to get the brakes checked, heard a weird noise from the back brakes, and I didn't feel it was safe to drive
I got a phone call later in the day to let me know that not only were all my brakes fine, they had plenty of life left in them
Paul's Automotive will make you feel much safer on the road, and they deserve your trust

I had a problem with my air suspension on my Ram 1500, he unfortunately was not able to repair it, but made suggestions on how to take care of the problem. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend their company due to his fair and honest business practices.

I had the most amazing experience with Paul's Automotive today.Based on input from a very reliable source, I brought my car in for a complete brake job. However, Paul advised me that I still had a good 20,000 to 30,000 left on my brakes. How many repair shops would respond like that? I suspect most would say "if the man wants a brake job, I'll give him a brake job." Paul is the epitome of honesty and integrity in automotive repair!

Huge shout out to Paul's Automotive, I've taken several cars here over the years and have always been given great service/repairs at a fair price! I recently hit a deer and he took a look and advised me to tow it to a body shop asap. I was unaware the deer had done that much damage and probably would have continued driving it not knowing I was leaking coolant which would have turned out badly on my end. Thanks to Paul taking a look (didn't charge anything) I will be doing as he suggested. Thank you Paul and your associate as well!!

I have to give a shout out to the team at Paul's. We have lived in Commerce Township for 19 years and Paul's has serviced multiple vehicles of ours over the years. Each time they have worked on one of our vehicles they have diagnosed the issue correctly and professionally repaired the issue in a timely manner at a reasonable price to the market. I highly recommend Paul's if you live in the area.

Just returned to Paul's Automotive for multiple new issues with our vehicle. Paul provided a timely and fair estimate. I provided the authorization to go ahead with repairs. I was grateful to receive a call that the vehicle was completed early and that the final bill came in under the estimated price, even after he had found a 3rd item wrong with the vehicle. Paul also noted that our vehicle needed a battery and suggested I get one very soon. Paul could have tried to sell me a battery, but he knew instead that I had some mechanical abilities and advised I could save some money if I replaced it myself - appreciate the honesty. It has been over 2 weeks since our last visit and all repairs continue to be perfect. This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Paul this year and every time we are more than pleased with the service received. Highly recommend!
