I had a very disappointing experience with the PetSmart Grooming Department. I had an appointment scheduled, and not only did they cancel two days before the appointment date, but they also made no effort to reschedule or offer any alternatives. When I called to ask about it, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. This is not how you treat customers who trust you with their pets. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

They have a lot of accessories for aquariums and pets. I like that.
Lost stars when looked at the fish, evening of 2/26 , the lady working was sitting at the podium playing on her phone. Ok... but there were a lot of dead fish in multiple tanks. Some had been there awhile as covered in fuzzy mold. These are living feeling creatures. The rotting fish will contaminate the others they are selling and will bring disease into the homes of others. For the love of all, PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN and clean the tanks, remove dead fish.

Took our pups in to be groomed for 1st birthday. walked out, looking like hairless cat, never again, groomer was nasty and unprofessional, but I guess they learned that from management. Never again

I do not recommend getting your dog groomed here. Beyond unprofessional. Wasn't worth putting my dog through the anxiety he had while in their care.

Staff here is great! Always very nice and friendly, they have a good selection of food and toys for dogs. Only complaint is there prices aren't the best but they are definitely fair. The $20 value dog beds have been an excellent find

The atmosphere was clean, light and airy. The shelves were well stocked and equally well labeled. The team working there were all polite, knowledgeable and assisted me with the kind of alacrity that made my trip there very satisfying. When I am able to leave a store with everything I need including more answers and less questions, then I will not hesitate to return again and again all thanks to the support of a team that is as competent as it is professional.

This place is the most lousy pace ever. I’ve bought fish from here and they are always sick and die within 2 days of me bringing them home. And now the last one I got had some time of disease and it spread to my other fish and my goldfish of 2 years passed today due to whatever disease the fish had that I got last week from here. The fish tanks are never cleaned and they stay having dead fish in them. I will no longer be coming to this location. My fish that lasted me 2 years up until she got sick I got from Livonia with no issue
