No one is never at the deli, you can’t get anyone to call someone to the deli, everyone walks around with attitudes. The cashiers up front are great tho

Cashier extremly rude. I handed her a gift card, she started ringing up the customer behind me, I said, that is not mine. Just the gift card. She hands me the divider and said this is how you load the groceries, I stated I only had a gift card and she gave me major additude. Never going there again.

Staff did not allow some impatient l**** to skip the line. Please open more lines to begin with, but that was awesome and the right thing to do.

Done with kroger. I get off work and have to get a week's worth of groceries. It appears that kroger no longer has cashiers so I finish work and have to scan and bag all of my groceries. Look up my veggies and fruit. This is at every store I have been to and during prime shopping times. If I could punch I'm and get my paycheck maybe it would be worth it. And I get self checkout is a thing...but a full cart of groceries? That's rude. We're an aldi exclusive family now.

My wife went into this location on 3/7/2023 and walked over to the baking section. There was a sign on the counter that read "we are closed and will be back". There was a lady behind the counter so my wife asked, "do you know when someone will be back". The lady responded, "Am I not in front of you". My wife shrugged this off and asked for help ordering a custom cake. The lady behind the counter informed her that they do no do that. My wife then pointed to the sign behind the counter that stated the steps to order a customer cake. The lady insisted that they do not do that. My wife then then asked to speak to someone who can help with the order and the lady walked away and came back to state she can help her with it now. The lady took a piece of paper and asked her what she wanted. As my wife was going through the details, the lady then asked when we needed the cake for. My wife let her know we would need it by Sunday, the lady then crumbled the paper and threw it at my wife and began to yell at her stating that my wife wasted her time and to leave. There was another customer behind my wife that saw the entire interaction happen and they both began to shout at each other. When the manager came, he did not seem to be able to handle the lady and my wife then left since no one seemed to want to help her. I am very disgusted by the treatment my wife had at your location.

The people in the store are always friendly. OK store if you want basic produce or something in a box. The deli is basically gone and the meat counter is hit or miss.

This location used to be great, but it urgently needs more checkout lanes. There is always an extremely long line down the cereal aisle to check out. The only option is to wait in the self-checkout or the two open cashier, it gets extremely long at peak hours; I'm talking about lines of 30-40 people. Will update my review if I notice changes.

Only self-serve and 1 register open at 5:30pm and the lines are so looooo-ng!!! Whatever Kroger is doing to attract additional staff is not working. I almost left my cart full of groceries but did not want the food to spoil. Will NOT come back.

Place is filthy. Place is out of almost everything. No carts either. Deli closes randomly at all hours of the day. Random garbage everywhere. I don't understand how any customer could possibly deal with a store like this. It's 5pm on a Monday and not a single cash register open. The line for the self check out is all the way to the back of the store. People wait in line for 30 min to check themselves out? They seem to have nothing else going on in life. I went to the manager and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he doesn't have staff. Well, this is a publicly traded company with annually 2 Billions in profits to pay for plenty of labor. They just chose not to! They paid their shareholders back 2.2 Billions. They just don't care about what their customers have to go through! They seem to have money for highly unprofessional staff who decides who they let check out or who they don't. What a power to have! I guess that's the staff you get for the low wages. A filthy store, endless lines and horrible employees pave the way to profits. Btw, sly old manager posted a positive review at the same day in response to this review claiming 'well managed clean' store? hahaha, good one! lol

Almost died today when I bit into the Kroger brand pre-packaged spicy crab salad and had a piece of scrap metal in my mouth. This salad actually had a big piece of scrap metal in it... I am devastated! What would have happened if I actually swallowed it???

When we first moved nearby this Kroger was very messy and disheveled. The service was poor, but as of the past several months the service is amazing and the store seems completely cleaned up. There is an employee named David that seems to take a lot of pride in the store, is very knowledgeable, and makes connections with all of the customers. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or cashier but he has really made a difference in our shopping experience!
