Sad, new to the area and this speedway is close. Multiple times now I've went in at night after work and am questioned by a middle aged woman with glasses, asking me what am I doing in the isles and why dont I ask for help? What? I put my items on the counter and left. This wasn't the first time! This woman is loosing Speedway customers. Very weird situation. I know the difference between someone genuinely wanting to help and someone being rude and condescending.

Somehow this place repeatedly cannot change a 50 or 100$ bill.. multiple registers open and yet the rude man at the register took pleasure in the fact that i would take my business elsewhere. What kind of world is this when businesses refuse to accept CASH.. the smile on the mans face was just wonderful too he was very happy with himself.

I am an understanding and patient person. Despite that, your workers at the union lake location are abrasive, lazy, and time wasters. I drove into the lot today to two of your workers outside talking to random customers while two other people were inside with the four registers there with a huge line of about 7-8 people. In addition to that I go here every single monday. I never have an issue with depositing paper money unless the cashier doesnt want to. Today they blatantly lied to me saying their system said MY card had an error due to their sheer inability to rationalize that its apart of their job. I was there last night and deposited money. Hire better workers.

They never have paper in their pumps for receipts. It's not that difficult to refill the receipt paper. I pay at the pump so I don't have to walk in at 4am. But here I am again walking in for a damn receipt.

Why is the screen SCREAMING the ads at me while also blasting music and beeping non stop the entire time I fueled up. I thought my head might explode. (It was also super late, like 1 AM) Please lower the volumes thank you!!

A problem that seems to be ignored. Every time that I have gone to fuel up at this station, you must go inside to get a receipt. It’s very inconvenient and it could be fixed but seemingly the cashiers, management or owner do not care, I will no longer go to a place of business that cannot resolve a simple issue.?
Took a few minutes to read some of the other reviews. Most of them bad. The owner responds to some of them, but most of them are just the generic reply. Maybe the owner should print these out and let his employees read them, apparently he has no control over them which is pretty sad, the new labor workforce, lazy, uncaring and at times rude, which is pretty pathetic. ?

So normally this place, the people are fairly nice, but today when I went in there, they all seemed annoyed because I couldn’t remember exactly what I needed. This was evident when the cashier rolled her eyes and started waving her hand as if to make me hurry up with my decision. I guess maybe don’t go in there when they are near the end of their shift.

Excuse me for disrupting your conversation by daring to walk up to the register and wait to be rung up while you chit chat. Oh and dont bother saying yes to having your items bagged up when asked, it causes extremely rude eye rolls. Customer service is important, please train your employees

Don’t come here if you need to use a bathroom inside after 8pm. Apparently they’re too lazy to clean them at night so they close them for the night. One of the only places open in this town and they lock the bathrooms so you can’t use them. How ridiculous.

Stock "ALL" the Pepsi varieties. Mr. (sorry don't know your name), but please don't look at your phone "constantly" when you are cashing me out-honestly put the phone away. Man, that was exceptionally irritating today...a few more seconds to you may not seem like a large deal, to me I have places to be and for me every second counts, not your distraction and non-focus. Team...please, please stop with the tom-foolery conversation amongst yourselves when a customer is waiting to check out. Please ladies, stop with your filthy cuss laden mouths when customers are checking out, it is really not welcomed. Oh, and please provide a receipt to each and every customer. If they want they can trash them, but at least they got it and no one should need to ask. Finally, stop taking the prime parking spots in front of the store nearest the door. Let the customers use those, Ok.

Most of the employees are rude especially that old guy they literally just sit talking to each other as your up there trying to check out they are always complaining about working and the customers and they can’t break a $50???? Ridiculous terrible customer service they only treat the ones they know good.
