“Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.

“Rented a ram 2500 for the weekend. An hour into the drive and the bed liner was lifting out of the bed. Hubby 'tucked' it back in but it only lasted another 5 miles. Luckily we had a heavy bag of tools he put on it to keep it down. We had to put a tie strap over the part that kept coming up on the way home. (We went up north to put in the boat and lift. )”
“There were plenty of new equipment on the lot but for some reason representative chose to give us an old truck which had service light on and also wasn't vey clean on the inside.
Hope they don't repeat it.”

“Pleasant staff at this location made returning a long distance uhaul easy. I will shop here again.Uhaul company itself seems to have constant computer issues changing allowed mileage and return times mid rental so make and carry copies of all quotes that they give you before and after you pick up rental as their computers may change them mid rental. Had to call a corporate office twice for corrections.”
“Trailer was in excellent working condition, new tres and all straps & chains to secure my car down were functional and clean. The two guys at this location hooked up the trailer for me, tested everything and unhooked it later that night when I got back, they were professional, efficient and friendly. It was a good simple experience, would highly recommend this U-Haul location, 5 stars.”

“I was torn between 3 & 5 stars, so I split at 4. U-Haul on one hand is a five star cause of extreme ease of renting trucks, storage, or moving equipment. On the other hand, U-Haul could have a 3, for no less than half employees that are on staff always seem disinterested in being there, can never reach a local U-Haul on the phone, and moving boxes are very high priced I feel.”

“This is a small dealer that manages vehicles, storage and some boxes and moving stuff. If you're looking for full inventory available online this may not be your best option even though they have most generic boxes and supplies. The lady that was there was super kind and very resourceful.”
“Theses are trying times. I needed a trailer hitch installed and this location was able to schedule me fairly quickly. On the day of installation they were able to complete the job in a timely fashion. The technician was very friendly and informative. Really appreciated their service.”
