If you enjoy being scammed, this store is the place for you. After upgrading your phone and having them transfer your data, you'll be hit with a surprise $40.00 per phone fee for the transfer—something they conveniently neglect to mention until the very end. By that point, you’re stuck because you've already signed up for the service.
On top of that, they’ll likely mess up your Verizon account, leaving you to spend hours on the phone or at another store to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the headache—go to the Novi Corporate Store or handle everything online instead.
Beware of their relentless upselling. They’ll try to push overpriced accessories like $35 photo lens covers and $35 screen protectors. I declined all of it—it’s a blatant rip-off.
To make matters worse, they didn’t take my trade-in at the time of purchase and told me to bring it back later. No receipt was provided; they claimed they’d email it, but I never received anything.
Avoid this store at all costs.
UPDATE: After posting this review, the corporate office contacted me and I did connected with management. Corporate issued a full refund for their service fees without questions and advised they will be re-training their staff.

The other one star review was my exact experience. Dishonest, no transparency, not upfront about pricing and relentless upselling. Told me I needed to change my plan, but didn’t even review my options and just signed me up. I went back up to discuss my unhappiness with my experience a few hours later and adjust some of the things I didn’t want and they just gaslit me about it all and didn’t change anything. I was able to adjust what I actually wanted all online. This whole experience left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. I will never come here again.

The 2 gentlemen I worked with yesterday were out of this world AMAZING! They were so helpful in untangling a terrible mess another store had made for me. They both spent well over a hour working their magic and they were vibin the whole time. This is your verizon store. No doubt about it. Verizon give those amazing men raises they went above and beyond to fix a wicked mess! I can't tell you how grateful I am to those 2 gentlemen. Really guys you are gems! Thank you!

Natalie was great!! I wished the store had more Google 8 Pro selection - they only had black. Sad for me
I think the responder missed the point that I was disappointed in phone options (colors - only black). If I hadn't been desperate and busy I would've gone to a different store

Fantastic store and employees!
They go above and beyond to help you. I’m a corporate account customer but they still helped activate my SIM/phone.
They are knowledgeable and friendly. Might be an occasional wait for a rep if they’re busy but they do their best to keep things moving.
Highly recommend for your Verizon needs!
