After switching to a business account from being a consumer, I discovered that this company and the people who represent it can’t be trusted at all! Since October 2024 I’ve been paying 2-3x MORE on my business account than I was before, when I was SUPPOSED TO BE saving over $100 for making the switch! Instead this has been a complete hassle and runaround from Nick, Zeke and all the other unprofessional people who work here. I have been lied to for MONTHS about a resolve and I should have gotten what I was told before in writing! Because of course no one knows what I’m talking about even though I come in a least a couple times a month for the SAME THING! But that’s ok, Verizon can play somewhere else at this point, before they play with me. I’ll take my dollars elsewhere! I wish I didn’t have to rate this at ALL! Zero stars for what’s SUPPOSED TO BE America’s best network! It’s Trash 🚮

Great experience. Took my mom to have her ATT line switched to my Verizon account. Nick and the guys walked us through everything, gave us a great deal on a new phone and set us up perfectly and easily. Awesome customer experience and service.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Scammed my co worker into three new lines. Told her they were "free upgrades" Then refused to return our wireless routers and claimed we needed to wait for a box to ship. Still have not received the boxes and my account is a MESS! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS

This location has great customer service! A year ago, WILLIAM was terrific in helping me with a phone that had been fraudulently ordered in my name. I had no success calling the Verizon Fraud Department several times. William interceded & finally got the charges dropped from my account.
Two weeks ago, NICK was terrific with SIM problems with my IPhone 13 & very patient explaining & writing down options for this senior citizen to think about. Today, he kindly & competently facilitated the purchase & setup of a new IPhone 16, IPad & Apple Watch package.
These are great guys!
