Had been with this credit union since i was 10 and I've become utterly disillusioned with it. Getting my new card because it got hacked has been a hassel, and the only day i can reasonably do some sort of banking is Saturday and it has become drive thru only. I'll be looking into a credit union sooner rather than later.

I've been a member since 1984. This place is great. I've had my savings and checking accounts here, house mortgage, car loans, personal loans, and line of credit. NEVER a problem. Staff is awesome. ALL OF THEM! Super helpful and dedicated. I highly recommend this credit union. You can trust them.

Worst Credit Union on the planet. I’ve never had so many problems with a bank/credit union. Declines on the weirdest things…. Do you have any idea how embarrassing it is to have your debt card decline on a $20 dollar purchase when you know you have thousands in that account… well the reason for the most recent decline, fraud risk. One must think I was shopping somewhere sketchy but no it was my local ASE Hardware. The website never works, today I went to reset my password and authentication for like the 15th time because all of the sudden it’s not validating my information…. but I can’t reset it because now their system isn’t working and not sending the reset email. This is like the 7th time this situation has happened in the last few months. One might think I should than call the customer service line like they suggest on the website, well I can’t do that because the workers are so incredibly rude that I have panic attacks about calling. That’s right, the customer service is so bad I’d rather just be locked out from my account than call. Like I said, worst Credit Union on the planet.

I no longer live in Michigan, but I have maintained my account here because it is my oldest account and I love the personalized service. I have recently created two different auto loans with them, and boy am I glad I did.I have worked with Lee Bailey and Tana Howard. Not only did they have the lowest rates by far, those two were in constant communication with me, providing options, never pushing, and just a dream to work with.

I grew up in Walled Lake and had always loved banking with this Credit Union. Being that it's my oldest line of credit I kept it open, but rarely use the account. The people that work there now are incredibly rude, almost annoyed that anyone calls. Tons of sighing and complaining.

Being part of this bank for 17 years this is sad that I’m writing such a negative review I’m so appalled by the lack of respect from the women that work there they are rude and disrespectful I understand we live in a time where we have to hire who we can get but I use to think this bank took pride in being great to their costumers.. When you ask to speak to a manager and the lady that was rude to you on Saturday about cashing a State Farm insurance check thinks that it is her business when you decide to go above her and speak to someone else she stomps her feet to the manager with out us even though she at this time wasn’t our teller saying “I told them I want to prove I’m right” and then we see them, -our teller who was very professional , Wendy Turner the teller from Saturday and the manager talking but again with out the costumers that it’s about.. they are very unprofessional and rude so funny thing we went to Kroger got one check cashed and the lady said the other one could get cashed at chase bank even though either one of us bank there .. this bank told me and my mom (who does bank here) that they couldn’t cash the check unless both of us had an account here .. just really disappointed in the people this bank decided to hire it’s gone down hill ? hopefully when better people are applying you can give them the opportunity and let go of the people that are less qualified..

I had to come here for support on an I9Form I needed a witness to fill it out. All the women behind the counter just stared at me vs greeting me. All 7 women were too busy chit chatting to stop and offer any help. Glad I do not bank here.

The employees are ALWAYS incredibly rude. They speak to everyone as if you are inconveniencing them. The website works 70% of the time. The app, is even worse and works about 30% of the time.If you happen to lose your debit card, or you have to get a new one due to fraud, it takes about a month to get a new debit card. All cash app, Venmo, Zelle, ect… deposits have to be cleared by the credit union. So, if you get a cash app deposit, you have to call the credit union, and have them lift a hold, every time. If it’s outside of the hours or business, or a holiday you cannot access that deposit.I have called 27 times today. The phone just rings, no one answers. I need to have a hold lifted off of a cash app deposit that I received 12/23/21 at 8pm. Due to holidays, they were closed. It’s now been 4 days, and I still cannot access MY FUNDS.Just unbelievable.I will be with drawing all of my funds and taking them to a different credit union IMMEDIATELY.

The people are usually friendly and the bank is clean with regular updates. Their web banking is atrocious so don't bother using it. Just go on in and the counter will provide much better service. Overall a good experience minus the online banking.

Still waiting in drive thru lane 36 minutes now with only 4 people in front of me. But someone drove up in the closed lane seemed like brendas friend as they chatted and she was helped in front of everyone else.they need a better system and more workers
