Was told I could tow my car without being there, WRONG!!! False info! Called for over an hour no answer but pharmacy but they couldn’t help. Finally bakery got a manager but he was just an hourly manager and couldn’t help because that was a salary Manager problem and he says sorry you were given wrong info we close at 7pm. Mind you i live an 1.5 hour drive and now have to go back next day and hopefully my tire will get fixed

I just want to highlight the employee Brandon who made my experience amazing, he was super helpful, professional and caring when it came to my service. He would definitely be the reason I will be coming back for more tire services. Keep up that amazing attitude and work ethic.

Avoid this place at all costs. I went there to change my tires at 5:30 pm. They close at 7pm. I even called ahead and they said it should be fine. I get there and I immediately receive the “we are not gonna put on your tires” attitude. Even though the tires that I wanted were available online for pickup, they only had “3 tires” of any tire you could think of. Very unprofessional especially from a guy named Dennis. It was a horrible experience and I felt like they were about to do me a favor. I left.

This story is unbelievable. I set up an appointment to get my tires changed a week ago. I get to my appointment 10 minutes early and check in the guy at the desk tells me it’ll be about 1 hour. After 1 hour of being there (10 minutes before I was promised my car would be ready) I go up the the auto area. It was then that they say “We were just about to call you, we are unable to lift your car up to change the tires. It wouldn’t be safe for us” That is not the problem, I am an advocate for workplace safety, and I want everyone to feel secure in their workplace. The issue is why we’re they “just about to call me”? Either they were an hour behind of schedule and They lied to my face when I dropped my car off, or they just didn’t care about their clients time and were too lazy to call me immediately after they found out they couldn’t lift the car. This Auto care center wasted an hour of my time because they were too lazy to call me and tell me they couldn’t service my vehicle. I have never had my time disrespected like this before, I would avoid this auto care center at this point I don’t even trust them to do a simple oil change. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered 4 new tires for my car. Shipping was quick. The tires were delivered to the store within 3 days. The service was exceptional and very customer focused. Certainly consistent each time I go to this location.

Cheap, but you have to have time to wait about 2 hours...and have wipes available. I had to clean hand prints off the hood of my truck and steering wheel. Also had oil spot on the front bumper.

I’ve arrived 7:55 this morning for oil change and there is one man ahead of me. One technician said it would take a couple hours because another technician would come an hour later. But I had to give up waiting. Because He didn’t start work after 8. It seemed he didn’t want to do his job.

I got an oil change here . This is different than most Walmarts where you just walk in. You have to call first to make an appointment. I got lucky though because I just showed up and I guess someone didn't come to their appointment so I got in. The oil change took an hour or so. I think they are understaffed but the employees are nice, good customer service. Thank you

Well I want you to have some new tires put on which they did have at a reasonable price but they just couldn't do it because the way the body frame was for lifting it they said they would do damage to it so that was good to know and they did not do nothing to it thank God for that
