I will NEVER do another online purchase at Walmart, and may never even shop there again. I ordered a 2-pack of CR2450 batteries for $5.47 (online price). Got notice the next morning they were ready for pickup. As instructed, I sent a message on their app before leaving home that I was on my way, a 15-minute drive. Arrived to find 20+ cars filling the pickup parking spots on the side of the building, and another 12+ waiting to get into parking spots. After waiting 20+ minutes and not seeing much movement, I tried calling the store. Tried just about every department, and no one answered the phone, not the pickup, not the operator, not the auto, not the human resources,..... Finally, got someone in the pharmacy department to answer the phone. Asked her to have the store manager go back to the pickup area because people were starting to get out of their cars and surround the employees because of the long wait time. Heard one woman say she had been there 1:15 minutes. Told the pharmacy lady that if the manager didn't get back there and get things moving, there was going to be a riot. I finally got a parking spot after 35 minutes, and then another 20 to finally get my small 2-pack of batteries. After waiting for almost an hour to accomplish what should have been a simple task, I decided to go into the store afterward to see what the "in store" price was. It was the SAME PRICE, and they were just hanging on the rack, available. I could have saved my self a lot of aggravation and time by not using the online ordering from Walmart and just purchasing in the store, if I happened to be in the area on other business. In fact, I could have saved even more time and aggravation if I wanted to pay $.50 more and order them from Amazon. I had placed an Amazon order for another item around 11:00 am, just after I had placed my Walmart order. The Amazon order was delivered to me at 3:00 pm THAT SAME DAY. The extra $.50 I would have had to pay to order the batteries from Amazon would have been more than offset by the cost of gas to drive to Walmart and wait an hour to pick up two lousy coin batteries. NEVER, NEVER again.

Vision Center was excellent! I visited because the temple of my glasses came off. ( I didn't get the glasses at Walmart). The vision associates helped me. One person repaired my glasses-No charge! Quick, helpful and nice. Thank you, Walmart Vision Center!

Horrible experience with Automotive Department and there Manager Will and Store Manager Amy. Having problem with car battery purchased from the same store, it is still under 3 years free replacement warranty. They tested and saying battery is good. Ask to do Load Test - they don't know what it is Load Test and sent me away. I went to a battery store on Union Lake rd. Test showing bad battery. Will from Automotive department saying they will not except test from another store but my car will not start. Had to purchase a new battery from Battery store and came back trying to return Bad Walmart battery under warranty - no help. Asked for store manager - not available. Only after I start speak loud - manager Amy show up. When I asked why she did not came earler when I asked for the manager first time - she said I just came. And this is 3 PM ? Just Came ? She recommended me to take a new battery I just purchased and take it back where I purchased from, return it and than they will replaced the bad battery. This is after 3 hours I spent. And this is instead of do there job and replace battery first time. My request for a refund was denied. And Manager said - you can go a head and complain on Walmart website. I had to Call 800-925-6278 Walmart customer care center for help with my refund. What a Joke !!!

Honestly my first and probably last visit to this store. If I worked at this store I WOULD BE PISSED!!! I've never witnessed such blatant disrespect to the employees BY THE PEOPLE THAT SHOP here. JUST WOW. SHAME ON YOU. .But then at the same time (I look myself first of course but)I need help~ go to customer service & the employee acts as if he's bothered to have to help. Like really? The ONLY THING I DID LIKE was that the store had a larger selection on products. P.S. the bathrooms were gross but I had to go no option. Um Honestly with how the store looked I would say half company fault have customer.

I found what I needed and more on my trip today. This store seems reAlly cluttered and unorganized, however. The departments really need better management. In the underwear and pajama department clothing was strewn all over and piled upon itself on the racks. I could hear a phone ring and ring but no one picked it up for a long time. I understand about staff shortages but the unkempt-ness is inexcusable. You can do better Walmart...

I placed a curbside order but was unable to pick it up by 8pm. When I called and asked if I could go in store and pick it up instead of doing curbside the store associate said no. She was very rude and dismissive of me. Not to mention this Walmart has awful produce, an abundance of registers but no cashiers, and is always out of something. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Store has a grubby look and smelled like barf. Shelves were disorganized and seemed grimey. When we were leaving the guy stared at our receipt for a long time and we only had 5 items. Felt very odd and accusatory. We usually go to to the Whitelake Walmart but this Walmart had a baby play yard in stock that we wanted to buy. I won't go to the Commerce Walmart again.

Every time I have done a pickup order, they have been 20+ minutes late with my order without fail. I understand they are busy but to have done around 15-20 pickups and they are late every time

Absolute worse customer service. There is never any workers in the electronics section yet there's employees walking around or stocking that never ask how they can help you! People can't buy electronics when they're locked in cabinets and there's no employees to help. Disguising customer service.
