Total rip off and really bad attitude on top of it. The owner claimed they "have" to charge a fee for every ***'prepaid*** !!! package. In contrast, Staples on Haggerty took the packages, NO charge, and courteously offered a tracking receipt. This so called UPS store is a greedy fake.
