Great service!! I had Cassie help me put my battery in this evening and she was a great help. She was so nice and positive. She did the battery exchange very quick and efficient. Highly recommend!!

Today, I had the misfortune of interacting with the rudest staff at this location. I came for a new battery and was trying to show the staff member the type of battery on my phone. My phone was not displaying the information correctly and as I was trying to fix it, the staff member literally yelled, “Stop!” multiple times. His behavior was incredibly unprofessional and rude. All he had to say was that the information wasn’t showing up on the phone. He later tried to backtrack for his disrespectful and obnoxious behavior stating that he was frustrated it wasn’t showing up but he did not apologize. He also could have pulled the information from his computer instead of screaming (which he eventually did). This individual should not be working in customer service if he cannot engage appropriately with other people. Per my receipt, the staff member’s name is Erik F.

July 23, 202319:55,5 minutes before closing.Needed a car battery.Door was locked2 guys behind counter, they ducked into the shelves when I knocked. Had to go to Walmart for a new battery.

I went in after confirming a manufacture warenty on a faulty part i went here under instruction of the grandville store. I was belittled and talked down to by a woman at the cashier desk. April 15 2023 at around 6pm. I was allready promised a exchange and had given propper identification of proof of purchase through their store. REFUSAL TO EXCHANGE A FAULTY PART OCCURRED. The costomer service rendered that day has me WAS ATROCIOUS, as i have never been so wrongly treated. I will be advising our company on what happend with our order of parts through you and advicating them to not go through your buisness anymore. Sad part is i used to buy all my parts here but after 2 bad reman parts in a row and a terrible service with both through customer service AND TERRIBLE TREATMENT after VERY POLITE conversation on my end and not the other way around. All i have to say is if you keep this up everyone will just go to another buisness because no one deserves to be so rudely treated and your reman parts are scrap at best.....

I went to the AAP in Alpine, MI. The store manager, Eric, was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to find a new battery for my car, and even helped work through switching it out on my VW with all the new complicated electronic systems.

I normally am a guy who will go directly to an orileys (always had good expierence) but my head light went out and I seen this place. Stopped in and met Jennifer, she was arguably the most helpful and cheerful person I have ever met! She is such an asset to this store! Ty and I will be specifically going to advance now because of this expierence!

On a COLD December Saturday our heater blower went out. We found our best price at Advanced Auto Parts! We were greeted by Jenn & Eric ~ extremely thorough and great people to help us get the exact part we needed. Daniel and Mike also provided support! I’d go back there anytime especially if I could deal with these 4 extremely helpful individuals. I would highly recommend the location near Alpine & 4 mile! ?

The two employees I encountered during my brief visit to this store were the definition of unhelpful. giving the First Gentleman the benefit of the doubt, he didn’t have the slightest idea of what the check engine code meant, however he didn’t attempt to look it up either and just suggested I Google it. After taking that little piece of advice I reentered the store in search for a recommended product. The Second Gentleman was unprofessional, telling me that my car was doomed and that he’d buy my $25,000 car for $500 as he couldn’t tell me the difference between three similar items on the shelf. He then admitted that he bought cars for cheap and “fixed” them and resold them for more. If I had his name I’d warn anyone from buying from him, he seems like the kind of guy to treat the symptoms temporarily to make a quick buck and screw you out of your hard earned wages. By the way… it was the air filter (a simple $20 fix in 5 minutes). I will Never return to this store, fortunately there is an AutoZone right next door! They are extremely helpful, hands down!

Since this is the hub of the Grand Rapids Advance Auto stores, they typically have every part I need.
