I paid 50 dollars for gas on my card went to the pump sat out there for about 3 minutes and the pump never turned on I went back in to tell cashier she said sorry I made a mistake she did something then said try it now I only put 20 dollars in and 6 days later I have not gotten my 30 dollars back on my card I feel it was stolen by her negligence when I paid

Great customer service to Corey & Sabrina. They both went over the top. Corey even helped me with my flat tire and both allowed me to keep my car there over night. Took a lot of stress off me. Great attitudes, very kind and generous. Corey worked night shift and Sabrina works morning shift. I appreciate them very much

Went in side to pay for my gas. And I only got $15 in gas paid for with a card. And I also had a $15 dollar hold put on my account. Don’t understand when you go in to pay why that is? I’ve been told that if you pay inside they don’t put a hold on your account. Waiting to see if it comes off my account. Never have had that any place else. Glad it wasn’t a larger purchase at $3.99 a gallon right now. ?

Bri had her back to the store while talking VERY loudly to another employee. A customer was waiting at register, I walked up to register and said, “Hey there u have a customer.” Bri proceeded to start SCREAMING at me that I didn’t have to yell. When I told her I wasn’t and that I didn’t think she saw us…..back to the store….she went on a psychotic rant. The other employee walked up and when Bri told me to get out I told her no, I would not and asked Kim, the other employee if she could please get me a lottery ticket. She was VERY pleasant despite the hostility she was subjected to by her obviously unstable coworker Bri. Ez Mart on Alpine is a very scary place.

Well, I had to stop and get some gas while out and about, so I stop at this station because its clean and organized. Plus. Gas is actually cheaper than what we started with at the beginning of summer and this time I got me a cold coffee.

I come here all the time to get odds and ends and gas and normally is fine but today no pumps moved gas at all, BUT they did take out the $100 deposit each time so now I am stuck with no money for the rest of the day and a negative bank account for nothing. Closed signs would be helpful, also dont know why but this gas station takes a while to get your deposit back to you so I really don't know when I will get $400 dollars back :/

Cashier would not help with apple pay. Showed her my balance on Apple cash and she assured me it was not her register... Terrible customer service. She screams denied! After each attempt. Old lady left counter. Ruined my day. That is not how customers get treated. Asked if we could try another register and was told no. Update: card was accepted at Citgo down the road! Unbelievable.

I have called here multiple times in the past. Whoever the female employee is, she is fairly rude on the telephone. Shae can't answer questions politely, doesn't want to do her job, or says "really" when asked to look up a price on a product.

Dont be afraid to stop in. There is new more friendly crew members who are more than willing. To go above and beyond to serve the customers as best they can.
