It's a nice clean store, but I went there for help with my phone.And they said they couldn't do anything,the young man wouldn't even look at it and try... I'm not good with phones.
So it turned out to be some thing simple
So why do you have an AT&T store?And they can't look at it and fix something small. But the woman in charge asked me to give my phone to her. She looked at it and fixed What was wrong, but if you're not gonna help people with small problems on their phones maybe you shouldn't even be working there or maybe you shouldn't even have a door . I hate to say this but boost. Helps out a lot better than the a t and t store does. I might be changing back to putting service with boost because they go out of the way to help.And I got no help from a t and t except from the woman in charge and I do thank her

I just had hernia surgery so I need good customer service lol sure enough I called and had a bunch of questions..didn’t catch the guy name but he was able to give detail answers which saved me a lot of hassle. Ty

The data service is supposed to be unlimited but is horrible when not connected to the Wifi. Very disappointed that I am now stuck in a contract with this company. I do not recommend Mobile phone service.

My daughter and I have been to this store a couple of times, and we've always had a positive experience. Most recently, a gentleman named Tyrelle helped us with our purchase, and he was kind, informative, and very friendly. My family will continue to use this location in the future.

Nathan, Evan, and Ty were all extremely AMAZING!!! I had seen all three of them at one point or another. Their patience with my lack of knowledge with technology nowadays was spot on. Information was given to me in a way I would understand without all the technical jargon.I would highly recommend checking out Nathan, Evan, and Ty at the alpine AT&T store. They are exceptionally kind people!!(PS - My name is Stacy, I have a "fun" google account that I use when testing emails for work).
