I bought a Springfree trampoline through Backyard Fun Zone and was very surprised by their amazing customer service. I ordered it on a Saturday morning and it was delivered free of charge the next morning; a Sunday, on a holiday weekend! Communication was excellent regarding delivery from both the seller and the person who delivered.After struggling with the install a bit (the mat rods are nothing to mess around with, no fault of the seller), I threw in the towel and asked them to help finish the job. Again, messaged the company late afternoon and they were out the next afternoon and finished the install. They even took the product numbers for me and registered the product for the warranty.Brick and mortar stores have gotten worse as far as customer service goes. It's almost like they're trying to put themselves out of business. Not Backyard Fun Zone. I would have zero concerns ordering from this company, and actually plan on buying some more items from them in the near future.

Great experience start to finish. From ordering to installation of our GS60C basketball hoop, the service and communication was fantastic. Would definitely use Backyard Fun Zone for future purchases.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable. I shopped around and they were by far best price and best price on installation. The installers were great and efficient. I highly recommend them if your looking for a basketball goal.

We absolutely love our Rainbow Play system and so thankful we found Backyard Funzone! Tracie was very responsive and incredibly helpful as we worked to modify the perfect set for our family. We played on the different sets onsite and were able to see all the different features before making the investment. Their two man install crew (Nick was great!) had the play set up in less than a day! We are so excited for years of memories to be made - thank you!

What a great company! Our trampoline was put up lickity split and the men who put it together were super sweet and fun with our kids who couldn’t wait to jump! Shae was very informative and kind on our phone call when I placed our order. We bought the jumbo square trampoline and basketball hoop. It’s AWESOME!

We just had our play set delivered and set up, it is great! Grandkids are loving it, I am sure we will get years of fun with it. Ordering and delivery and set up were all done quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of backyard fun!

Ordered a in-ground basketball hoop (Goliath CV60). Great experience from start to finish. Experienced team, answered all my questions. Competitive prices. Installation was great - fast and perfect. Came back a few days after pouring concrete to put up hoop but but concrete had not dried so returned the following week (did not rush it). Local business, would highly recommend!

The swing set looks great in our back yard. Our grandkids will love it. The employee that installed it. I think his name was Joe. He was very nice and polite. And had me look at swing set before he put into ground. Love the swing set.
