Came in to the store and Samantha help me to get a new upgrade and hook me up with a case and screen protector. She talked to me about the phone how it all worked and also gave me good service. And help me with all the transfer to my new phone from my old phone. If you need me a phone come by and speak with her and she will hook you up!!!!

I started with this store about 15 years ago and Ashley has always taken care of me - now she's an owner of this location and service with her has never changed- still just as helped as she was all those years ago- I moved to Verizon about 5 years back and my bills were just ridiculous - with boost i had 9 lines and my bills was $200 - with Verizon I had 5 lines and my bill was over a $1000 95% of the time- I believe only twice the bill was what I was told it would be - right around $300 - but the service was no better not even in different states - I was just throwing money away cuz the people at my work would make fun of everyone with a pre paid phone - very stupid decision - boost is fair pricing and I don't think I would ever leave again - never been with another carrier but the 2 but why change something that worked for years and still works !!!
Btw that Verizon bill didn't have but 1 upgrade phones on it - i paid for all my devices up front

Very happy with switching my Wife and Me to boost and we both we're very happy with this location and female representative. And as of 11/06/23 WE are still very happy with our phones the service and the customer service we're given that night.

Miguel is the one who helped me at this store. I came in a wheelchair, but he made sure I could see anything I wanted, didn't make me feel rushed, and even held the door open for me when I left. He had phenomenal customer service skills.
