“Hands Down the Best Customer Experience: I'll be honest, I used to be a "special occasions only" Sobie's shopper. Then I stopped in last week to gather supplies for a grill-out. After purchasing a few Rib Eyes and Porterhouses along with some other goods and spices... I absentmindedly left my steaks behind. Amidst my disappointment in discovering my key ingredient was missing (about the time I was firing up the grill), I gave Sobie's a call to inform them of my mistake and to let them know I will be by in a few days to pick them up. The kind gal on the phone said "One moment" and the next thing I knew I was on the phone with Tim Sobie himself. Up to that point I had never met Tim, but quickly came to realize he's a real "Salt of the Earth" type of guy who cares deeply for his customers and the reputation of his business. Despite my insistence to the contrary, Tim felt that the only possible solution was for him to personally make the 30 minute drive to my house to drop off the steaks. Incredible!
Thanks to Sobie's and Tim's above-and-beyond service, I've graduated from "occasional shopper" to "walking advertisement." I tell everyone about my experience, and frankly, I take it a little personally if they shop for meat elsewhere.”

“I stopped in to Grand Butchers to look for some steak for my Christmas Eve meal. I was greeted right away and the friendly employee cut me two generous ribeye steaks. It was about $20 per pound, which is certainly better than any restaurant pricing so I was happy. I don't buy a ton of meat so I'm not sure if that pricing is in line with other stores, but I wanted to support this local shop right in my own neighborhood. They had a large selection of other cuts of meat, chicken, and packaged items like crackers, sauces, dips, gifts, and more. I'm definitely coming back to Grand Butchers the next time I need a more special cut of meat. Love the large parking lot and I was in and out in no time.”
“Bought beef tenderloin fillets for a birthday celebration and it was the most delicious steak we’ve ever had! Just returned yesterday to look for some pork cutlet, they’re hard to find in any store. When I asked them they said we can certainly make some up for you. They were perfect! And so affordable!! Another bonus is they’re open when all other butchers are not! Love this place!”
“My boyfriend and I LOVE Franks. We buy all our protein from here. Everything is so fresh and yummy! I can’t even pick a favorite. I like to buy the frozen chicken breasts that are already marinated… they are huge & I always have left over. For football games we buy the chicken wings. & don’t even get me started on the NY Strip! For snacks we always get Hot Shot beef sticks, I like the cheddar ones! You can’t beat the price too!! The staff is great, Nolan Collins and Matt Bilski are always so helpful!!”
“Showed up on a day I didn't realize they were closed, the owners pulled in behind me and noticed. Even with being closed he went in the back and got me delicious garlic beef jerky that has a smoke flavor that no body can compete with. Amazing people, and amazing quality of various meats.”
