Mark is very helpful and great to work with! Great asset to your company. He knows what he is doing and provides excellent customer service! I have a 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 with 50K miles, still under powertrain warranty.
Fourth of July Weekend - Truck is towed to dealer, broke down on us. Clearly a failed transmission. That is what I told the dealer.
7/11 - Was told "tech" diaged and it needs the trans oil cooler line replaced. I asked if the transmission was looked at, was told tech said all good.
7/15 - Was told truck was completed. When I arrived after hours for pickup, no miles were added to truck which meant they did not test drive it. Didn't even make it out of the parking lot before noticing trans was slipping, so parked it in front of the service doors and fluid starting spraying all over the ground.
7/15 - 8/8 - No rental available, truck sitting outside.
8/8 - Finally gave me a loaner truck
9/17 - Truck is STILL sitting outside. Every time I call I get someone's voicemail. The few times I have received an update I am told my truck is next in line, and am given a time frame that is wrong.
9/30 - Truck is still sitting outside even though the GM called and told me two weeks ago it was getting in. I called and had to leave a voicemail for an update.

Everything from our initial greeting, to test drive, to delivery, was perfect. Kaitlyn was exceptional in this transaction. She was professional, knowledge and helpful. We will be return customers and plan to refer anyone who asks us about our vehicle, to Fox GMC. Thank you

I bought a CPO Sierra from Fox GMC back in May. I suppose I can't place full blame on them since it was my responsibility to do a more thorough screening of my truck before purchase. I guess I didn't think my nearly $50k Denali should have had these issus seeing as how this was a newer CPO vehicle with under 25k miles. The dealer did a good job hiding damages that the vehicle sustained in it's previous ownership. Almost all of the paint had been chipped off of the drivers side front door and was painted with touch up paint. There were several areas of severely etched clearcoat from bird droppings and/or tree sap that would require respray to fix. One of which was covered with touch-up paint. It seemed like every day for a week when I looked at the truck I found another ding somewhere. I paid a PDR guy $1000 to do the best he could to repair most of them. The caved in portion of the front of the bed was unable to be fixed. The biggest issue was, I bought an accident free truck (CarFax), and after getting it home, discovered that the truck had some body work done to it and was resprayed. Poorly at that. There was overspray on other areas of the vehicle from poor masking. When this was brought to their attention, I was simply told that even brand new vehicles get body work done from damages during shipping. I've heard of this before, but don't believe this to be the case with this truck. Mainly because of the poor work, and the fact that it appeared to be fresh (no marring from washing the vehicle). I suppose this doesn't mean that they were the ones who did this, it could have been the previous owners who did some off-the-record repairs. The trucks steering wheel was also out of alignment, which I was told they'd fix before I picked the truck up. It was not, and they lied and said they checked and alignment was fine. Had to have an independent shop fix that. With them being so incompetent to fix such a simple issue, I would NOT trust them to service my vehicles either. Three of the four tires have very little tread. I have no idea how they were able to get it certified with the tread depth. There were other nit picky issues with the truck, but this post is becoming too long. Learn from my experience and make sure you do a thorough inspection of any vehicle you purchase from here. I was shocked that such an expensive low mileage vehicle could have been treated this poorly. At the end of the day, the truck does run well (so far), and I got it for an ok price.

The following is a summary of my experience with Fox GMC (Alpine).
• 7/17 my vehicle (‘24 GMC ATV Duramax w/12k miles)-shutdown and locked on the highway. Truck was drug onto a flatbed tow-truck and then was dropped off at Fox GMC (Alpine).
• Roughly 3 weeks, without update from the service team. We reached out to our sales rep on multiple times for an update, to which he said someone would reach out to me. Never happened.
• 8/3/24: 17 days after dropping truck off we received our first text-asking what was going on w/truck. All details shared.
• 8/5/24: Received email with inspection report–stating all systems green – never advised of issue/repair
• 8/7/24: While on a vacation, out of the US–received a text asking when we can pick up our vehicle and return loaner. As we were out of the country, we could not send an SMS text back.
• 8/8/24: Woke up to a text stating that loaner truck was picked up from airport (where we left it due to leaving for vacation), leaving us without a vehicle to return to. As we were unable to respond via SMS text, we reached out via social media to our sales rep. We were advised that “they would return our truck to the same spot and would keep the key as a precaution but could deliver it at a moment’s notice.”
o We now were left in the reality that we don’t have OUR truck’s key and will return to the airport without access to our truck. We then had to contact the sales rep again and ask for key to be left.
• 8/11/24: returned from vacation at 11pm. Our truck was NOT in the same spot as we parked the loaner, although we were told it would be. Took us 30+ min to find the vehicle after searching multiple areas of garages at airport.
o Found that our personal items – hats, buckets, and bottle of wine, along with garage door opener, lease documents, registration documents – which we had in loaner vehicle were NOT transferred to our vehicle. Lastly the parking ticket for airport was not in our personal vehicle, which doubled the price of parking- due to not having original ticket.
• 8/15/24: 3.5 days after having our “fixed” truck back, almost the same issue occurs. We luckily were able to drive it, but could not go more than 20 mph (or the truck would shake uncontrollably) and brought it to Fox GMC Alpine again
o We had asked for our personal documents prior to this multiple times, and the answer was “we don’t know where they are”.
o Upon picking up 2nd loaner we again asked for property and were told it was available and sitting open in the service bay. Upon inspection the only things were hats, bucket and bottle of wine. NONE of our personal paperwork, truck documents or garage door opener were there.
Staff advised us: “we will call the person with the original loaner vehicle and ask for the stuff”.
o At time of picking up 2nd loaner vehicle we found it to be in disgusting condition – floors dirty, cupholders with food/stains, and seats appear stained. See attached photos.
• After calling on 8/16 & 8/17 for update, again advised that the personal documents and garage opener were still not found.
• Called again 8/20 – told our personal belongings were available at cashier’s office. Upon picking up documents:
o Noted that we are still missing active registration for OUR truck
o Was told they were left at desk on 8/16 & we weren’t ever notified.
This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced – specifically with the service department at Fox GMC (alpine) dealership. It is beyond unacceptable to not ever communicate with the owner of a vehicle what the issue is and only send automated reports, which required the customer to inquire what was the issue. It is unacceptable to remove a vehicle and personal belongings without formal communication with a customer, and subsequently “lose” personal items. The communication has been BEYOND lacking. We are FURIOUS that it was handled this way – ITS

Had oil change done and tire rotation got inside my truck drove off about a block away from the shop truck started to wobble and loud clunk noise . I pull over and me and my wife exit the vehicle to notice the lug nuts was tighten even the lock nut wasn't tight I gave the shop the lock socket didn't use it. Plus the rotation was done correctly. Only the front tires got switched that's not correct. Very disappointing!! Service.

Recommended repairs were not only not explained but when asked for explanation, not given. In addition, brakes were not checked as requested. With persistence they were and I was vaguely told they could be replaced. What if I hadn’t persisted? Staff presented as overall, unknowledgeable and not helpful.

Paul was fantastic! He was able to find and get me the car that I wanted and I did not feel pressured to buy or add anything that I did not want. He made it happen really fast. He took the time even after all the paperwork was done to make sure I knew how to operate all the functions in the vehicle and I felt comfortable when pulling off the lot.
The Fox team even squeezed us in to get the paperwork done faster even though they were already booked for the day.
