I bought my Buick Encore here in 2020 and have brought it here for servicing several times since then. This past visit Mark and the service team made a point of going above and beyond to contact Buick and get as much covered under warranty on my repairs as possible. Totally something they didn’t have to do and very much appreciated from one human to another. Their team will send updates throughout your whole service and you can easily text any questions, highly recommend for any servicing or if you’re looking to purchase! Was a customer for many years until they stripped my drain plug on the oil pan on a routine oil change. They took no ownership and wouldn’t cover the cost of replacements or temporary fix with a helicoil. From a service standpoint I would never go back, and with the prior experience I wouldn’t recommend shopping for a car here.

First time at Fox GMC. Purchased a '21 from Fox in Farmington Hills last June. It is a Certified vehicle which comes with two "free" oil changes and tire rotation. Outside of metro Detroit I couldn't locate a Buick dealer in West Michigan and contacted Fox GMC about whether or not they could perform the service. They said "yes" and we scheduled the service. I had tried to do this online but kept getting a message about the service not being available or something which made no sense, so I called the dealership. Arrived a few minutes early for the appointment. Was greeted by Catherine Batchelder who approached me in a professional yet friendly manner. She asked some basic questions, including whether or not I would like the car washed but opted not to because of the already nasty weather, and when I mentioned I would be waiting for the vehicle while serviced pointed me toward the service lounge. Check-in area was clean and comfortable. The lounge was the same. Catherine came out and told me the reading of the tire tread showed equal wear and would I still want them rotated. I answered "yes". A short time later she appeared again and told me the car was ready asking me to follow her to the cashier. I thanked her for her assistance and she told me where I would find the car. There was no charge, as expected, but I had to sign-off on the work performed. The young lady handling this was friendly and thanked me for bringing the car to Fox GMC. I found the car where I was told it would be. Thanks for a good experience. I will be back as needed for future service.Dave MalinRockford

Where do you start. You take your vehicle in to get the oil changed and only the oil changed. You find out that your car is up in the air cuz they rotating the tires not what I asked for. Next they start your car up and drive it outside as the engine oil is pouring out onto the ground. You think a person could get mad after that how about absolutely furious. They came really close to ruining my engine not happy to say the least. I realize it's changing the oil but all you was kind of important. Not happy whatsoever and they gave me a couple of free oil changes that doesn't cut it either.
