I had an older laz boy recliner and the foot rest wouldn't go down. I took it to Douglas and within an 1/2 hour he had the problem figured out. He's very easy to deal with....would certainly recommend him for repairs.

Highly recommend for wooden furniture repair. Took in my dining chair with a wobbly arm this morning, and Doug had completed the repair by mid-afternoon! Very meticulous work, great communication, very pleasant man who knows his stuff.

Doug did stunning work on repairs and finishing on two pieces of antique furniture, and very reasonably priced. He returned our furniture within a week. Astounding!
