I've had a few different cars here and I will say the service and quality of work has been outstanding. One thing to note is if you're not working through insurance they might be a little on the high side. Totally recommend for insurance work though.

I had my car repaired here after a front end collision. They called when the car was finished for pickup. When I got to the place the car was not ready and was not even at the shop. The following day they brought my car to me which was great. A week later a noticed my tire on the side of the collision had a large gash in it. It was a holiday weekend so instead of bringing the car too then I had to go get a new tire. When I called and asked them about the tire they denied it being there when they had the car and that they would have noticed it. I sent the pictures of the tire to my insurance company. My adjuster called me and said the gash in the tire was in the pictures the shop sent to my insurance company meaning it was there and they missed it.A week later now I am dealing with electrical issues and a coolant leak that looks like it’s been leaking for a couple weeks. The reservoir is cracked. Probably also happened in the accident. If you want your car fixed right the first time without the multiple inconveniences of continuously having to bring your car to a shop afterward take your business elsewhere. My car is only 3 years old. These were not pre existing problems.

DO NOT USE! A business you can’t trust. They have gone way downhill under current management. I have always taken all my auto body business here, but never will again. They now have a large corporation mentality and customer service is over. They are supposedly under new management and it shows. Waited 2 months to get in and over a week being there before they looked at it. Major estimating failures on a very basic repair. They let me know their former rep I dealt with wasn’t qualified or properly trained and obviously messed up my estimate. After multiple chats with the manager Jason Hall, he tells me I can pay for their mistake or take it to a competitor to see if they will honor Gerber’s estimate. No help, no apology. Wasted my time and money on them. They don’t stand behind their promises. I will never be back and will share my experience everywhere I can going forward.Service: Body & Trim

I have nothing but bad things to say about this location. Nobody seems to know whats going on and it's a constant run around of false information. They have had my car for over 4 weeks. At the end of week 3 I was told I would have my car soon. It's the middle of week 5 and they just called to tell me that it won't be done. At this point they are just lying to me to buy them more time for the work that's not getting done. I haven't even had a chance to see the work. Poor service and communications all around.

We had the pleasure of striking a garbage can that blew into the road on a windy day. Gerber was professional, friendly, well organized and came recommend for garenteed repairs. The timeline on parts and repairs were spot on. Parts were painted off the Buick to keep paint booth smell out of the vehicle. The Enclave was detailed inside and out upon return, my wife and I are completely satisfied with this experience. Will definitely come back, but hopefully won't have to! Highly recommend repair facility that strives to make all the details matter.

We brought our car in 4 weeks ago. We were in a minor accident and driving it just fine before we brought it in, and it still isn’t done. They say they will update us on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s and they have only done so once. We have called every other time. After calling today, they told us it will still be another two weeks. Yes it’s a newer car, therefore has a lot of technology, but I’ve had a lot of body work done and it has never taken more than 5 working days. We chose Gerber this time because our insurance uses them, but we will never be back. This is absolutely insane. They are going to have our car for 6 weeks or more, and that’s if we even get it back in two weeks.

Jay and Bri are great to work with, they are super friendly and caring. The estimate on my vehicle was done and sent to my insurance quickly. Unfortunately, my car was totaled but Jay helped me a lot with my communication with the insurance company to make sure I got a great value for my vehicle!Although it is not the closest Gerber location or body shop near me and I hope it is not necessary but if need be, I will be back!

Complete circus show.. Insurance claim filed end of May and beginning of June my car was dropped off on the scheduled repair date. Was asked to pick the car back up the next day, as the parts (window replacement) had still not come in after 3 weeks, when the initial appointment was scheduled. 2+ months later, the car was dropped off last week (September) on its new repair date, as it was “ready for repair.” Somehow a week later “the parts still haven’t arrived.” I was informed that more parts needed to be ordered after the window glass was removed. However, when asked if I could take the car elsewhere for repair due to the incompetency of management, I was told yes, that was an option as the windshield hasn’t been removed yet. If you want to get the run around and worst customer service, I’d go here. Management… there is none.*Check out the professional paint touch ups as well. Gerber fixed my stone dent damage after a large commercial mower decided to spread the gravel shoulder through its blades and into every passenger side panel of my truck and hood. They did a great job on my 2018 f150. Both the dent removal and paint quality look great. I am happy with the results and would recommend Gerber to anyone else for body and paint work.
