I am never impressed with my haircuts here. They clearly don’t know what they are doing and always seem very clueless of what I want and then it turns out awful. I do not recommend visiting this location. My 17 year old friend gives better haircuts with no training.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Quick & beautiful work! EXCELLENT prices! They take walk-ins with little waiting time, almost no waiting time! The girl with the red hair & rocker style was very kind, understanding, polite, respectful, & did an amazing job with the cut & style that was requested! Thank you for such excellent service! 🥰

If you're looking to get a haircut this place does that, i would advise to call and make an appointment first so you dont have to wait. I jist walked in and had to wait around 30 minutes, im not complaining im just saying. Staff was great and did a good job no complaints

I was at the shop yesterday and spoke with two ladies at 9:30 AM. I wanted to set up an appointment but they don’t do appointments. I told them I would come today at 9:30 to get a haircut. They said that should be fine as long as there is not a wait. I arrived at 9:30 today and nobody is there. They are not open. I called customer service and the lady said well. They have special hours on their website. They don’t open until 10, saying this to me blowing Me off like “oh well”. I said you expect me to check the website when I spoke to the ladies yesterday and told them I’d be here at 9:30 today? I woke up extra early after working 10 hours yesterday and having to work 10 hours today to get this haircut. Only after repeating myself, and insisting did the customer rep say she would leave a message for the owner To contact me. A whole lot of good this does me. Thanks a lot great clips. I have to go to work now. The ladies yesterday also did not mention that I could’ve set a check in online, which I would have done, and then I would’ve seen that they were not open Before I left my house.

I just got my hair cut here for the first time since COVID hit. I've been cutting my own hair since then but I figured it was about time to stop in and have someone else do it. I'm glad I did.
Elly was great. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I often times will have trouble starting conversations with people I'm not familiar with, but she was super friendly and kept the conversation going which was really nice. And of course I left looking and feeling much better!
I'm certainly looking forward to my next visit and I will be requesting Elly!
PS: hey corporate and/or Elly's boss, if you see this give this girl a raise if she hasn't gotten one recently. This is the kind of person you want to keep as an employee because they keep customers, such as myself, coming back.
