My experience this year was one of a kind. It definitely been a rough year and while trying to file taxes on my own it was not looking good . So I decided to go into an office and meet with someone so I can understand more and ask questions that I have. Was working with a fellow name John C and he was just amazing!! Even tho I had not get the best news he was very helpful and took his time to also help me understand. And also gave me advice for next year and what to do. I can tell he felt bad for me but I told him there was nothing I could do or change. I had let him know I would have to come back due to almost at my due date. He had let me know after I get settled and everything calms down to come back and we can file no questions ask he was understanding . Maybe 3 weeks later I received a email from John C and stating that he placed my name in the random act of kindness campaign. I was so shocked and appreciative that he had did this for me . My name was also pick and I was just so happy . It made my day better and lets me know we have good people in the world . John C was a great tax advisor he does his job very well. He is kind and very helpful and that is what matters. Thank you

My experience with Jackson Hewitt was nothing other than pleasant. I literally walked up, asked questions, got help RIGHT THEN. While I didn't have an appointment a representative made time to answer my questions well and get me filed right then.Thank you Jackson Hewitt for having great staff like Mr Allen Slater on your team!

I had a very plessant experience while my taxes were prepared by Bianca Sheard. She made sure to explain everything to me as she went along and we also had nice conversation as well. Very happy with my visit.

I was in this morning to get my taxes done and apply for the refund advance. I was VERY upset to find out hours later when I didn’t get an approval/denial notice that my return had not even been processed or sent out!! I was told some of the fees hadn’t been added and I needed to come BACK in and sign for those.I was fully aware to give a bad review and NEVER come back here until working with John Gilchrist. He was VERY professional, very informative, and very patient with me. He went through my return with a fine-toothed comb and explained every detail and few before sending anything. John literally saved you guys a future clien. Thanks John.

Jackson/Hewitt Tax Services always do my taxes ever since since I started going there. Brian Woline is the one that always take care to file my taxes every year and I appreciate him very much he sure do a good job and everytime I have questions his very prompt to answer me especially something I don't understand I trust his work,thank you Brian! And to all the receptionist thank you I appreciate your courtesy very pleasant to talk to every time I call.
