Don't bank here if you want your money when your employer sends it. My company sent out checks early before the holiday and lmcu thinks it's their money so their holding onto it till Friday. Scummy service.

Ooh....all was fine until THIS happened: had a scheduled appointment to consolidate my cc debts onto a very low interest cc through LMCU. I was informed to simply bring statements with acct/address info & a cashier check would be cut & access paid in full. Not only did she FORGET to give me my cash advance; but 2 weeks later I'm finding out she REALLY messed up my numbers and it caused almost 7000$ to NOT be be paid off like said & also numerous late fees. Accuracy is CRUCIAL in banking and this huge mistake will impact my perfect credit AND cost me more on top! Unbelievable! It's the banks responsibility to pay off; in exchange for me to pay off their card. Ended up filling 2 disputes over this rather than taking accountability for their mistakes; they tried brushing it off on someone else!! Not going to name drop here but be careful about very large tra s transactions and them being thoroughl so it doesn't fall on you. Get your confirmation numbers while you're there! This was an INCREDIBL mistake on LMCU

Worst banking experience ever. They are incompetent and gatekeep your money like they're the ones paying you. The insurance department pushes you into their preferred provider who is just as incompetent and can't complete a transaction within a reasonable time frame

ATM is always down since they moved. This is made extra annoying because this is one of the only banks in the area where I can’t use my card at marijuana dispensaries. Very inconvenient and thinking about changing banks because of it.

Because of LMCU's failure to respond to concerns and inability or complete disregard for my (the customer) choice in where my money goes, overdraft fees were incurred, which in turn caused other transactions to be declined which caused more fees and so on. It has been 10 DAYS with no resolution. Terrible turnaround for customer service via their "chat" and email. I spent over 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone and finally had to hang up because I have a life. I am going to be able to go there in person today- that is if they are even open as the website indicates and there are more than two people working. RUN from this institution.

I opened an account here, but they didn't bother to use any of the information I gave them. My account had the wrong last name and contact information. Apparently I had an account here when I was 8 and they just used that information. And then they were mad at me when I came in because I needed to change my last name on the account. It's not my fault they were too stupid to look at any of the paperwork I signed.

Nice ladies, but I'll be in the line of two people for half an hour because only one staff member will be doing their job and helping everyone else. The other two or three staff will be standing around doing nothing. And after two confirmations of which account to put my checks in, they still get put in the wrong one.
