Clean and relatively well laid out. Much of the things that they sell are from China. Overall a worthy place to buy home maintenance requirements.

Absolute worst box store you can go to! This store needs entire new management reset. You can always tell crappy management from the crappy training of the employees. It’s not the employee’s fault is their horrible leaders driving this store into the ground! It’s so bad here that they have to have armed security at the store. I’ll drive past this place to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s any day!
My client ordered a special Shower pan and surround. An employee said it will be OK to put it in the back area and have your contractor pick it up. When I went to pick it up, they restocked it and re-sold the materials that I was there to pick up! I highly encourage anybody going to shop at this store to visit Plainfield Lowe’s instead! There’s great leadership there’s great training and knowledgeable employees. the store is well run and if you buy something and they say that it will be in the back room it’ll be there when you pick it up. Menards is absolutely horrible with their leadership.
