My favorite store, i could buy something down each aisle if I was allowed too. Very pleased with options. The only thing im disappointed about is that they do not have riding lawnmowers, for a big box store I do find thus beyond odd and a turn-off when it comes to outdoor yard tools.

They stand behind their hand tools. My pop rivet gun lost a screw in the ground cover. Could not find the screw.Even though I did not have my receipt Menards exchanged my pop rivet tool for a new one.

Went to purchase a Home line Outdoor 200 amp panel. Was not in the system. I was offered to pay a higher price for the product than what it was worth after waiting in line for 15 minutes. My time was wasted and no one cared about a product that should have been sold at a better price. I went to Home Depot and saved $30.00 and purchased a similar product. The manager at Menards, Nick, was unable to compromise even after my time being wasted. The cashier was complaining about wanting to go home to me and how she was mistreated there. Hey Nick, next rume, do the right thing. You were able to. See the big picture.

I’ve been shopping around for flooring for a little bit and I would have to say Nick is among one of the best flooring specialist. He was very courteous and helped me get flooring items in my cart. Menards has a keeper.

Their website says they have Panasonic AA alkaline batteries 8 pack. Asked a front desk worker & he couldn't find them in store. The website says there are 14 in store. So I emailed Menards & an Angela Swenson employee says they're in front aisle when you first walk in. I told her those are AAA. She never replied back.

THANK YOU LAYNE IN THE PAINT AREA!!! WOW does that kid know his stuff! Had to gather some items to build my very first climbing area for our bearded dragon. He helped me gather everything QUICKLY!!!!. He was also a walking encyclopedia when it came to the products they offer and comparable items. He is my new go to guy!

I had a really bad experience. Today I walked to the store and I want to purchase a pool and I asked if there is someone can help to make sure from the prices and holding it for me but every time I ask the cashier and manager "please I need somebody to help me in pools depot" they keep saying I will send someone but Nothing. I waited about 20 min and I asked them 4 times to send a helper and then I just walked out and I told the same cashier that is it I don’t need anything and I’m not gonna wait anymore. He told ok sorry.Don’t recommend this store anymore. Also people NOT willing to help anymore. What a world we’re living.

I Had an Uncomfortable exchange with the Garden workers at this Menards. I felt like I was interrupting a private conversation the look she gave me. And the short answer I got from her wasn’t helpful either. However, I had no issues with interactions with the other departments. They were either positive or neutral.

On June 3 I placed an on line order for pick up. I received an email within minutes that it was ready and arrived at the store over an hour later. When the employee at the counter looked up my order he told me that it was marked that I would get it myself from the store. REALLY?!?!?! I told him that the purpose of placing a pick up order is to PICK IT UP. Otherwise I am shopping which is the opposite of ordering for pick up. He was very polite and went into the store to get my item but I had to wait over 20 minutes for him to return with it. Seriously?!?!?! The employee was very kind but this defeated the whole purpose of placing the order for pick up. Incredibly disappointed in Menards and will likely shop at competitors as they understand how PICK UP works.

We made an order online to be delivered by the Comstock Park Menards. The order went through, we paid it and picked a day based on the calendar THEY provided to us online for it to be delivered. Then promptly got a text stating the delivery would be 1 week longer than the date we picked. So we called the store and was basically told, sorry about your luck, nothing we can do to help you. So they caused the problem but offer NO solution other than go someplace else......so we went someplace else and won't EVER come back!!

We had a $350 rebate, which we redeemed and in addition we spent $400 more. We had $150 delivery fee as part of our total. We decided to cancel the delivery and were told by the GM that because we used a rebate on part of our order, we had to get the fee back as an in store rebate. This is a disgusting business practice and I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this greedy corporation. The reputation of Menards is already poor, but this is low even for them.

This is a nice Menards location with friendly staff, lots of inventory, and a clean facility. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because their online order pickup needs quite a bit of work. It's in the very back corner of the store with no signage at all inside that directs you to it. The emailed receipt could've easily instructed me to drive to the back, but it didn't give any details and it was a confusing experience overall.

Great products. Went in for some vinyl window film. It instantly gave me more privacy(which is definitely hard to find ,here in Grand Rapids due to the over population problem)

Most employees were friendly but not helpful. You want cinder blocks have fun looking for the correct ones they're all mixed together. Bring your muscle, employees didn't help putting blocks on the cart. Cashier tried to charge me 4 times the amount. The manager came over about something unrelated but corrected her error, she was not happy. Don't be mad at me, do your job right and don't get snotty with customers, because that's more than likely why the manager came over. Otherwise the store was clean and well stocked.
