It's frustrating when they don't want disclose fees and nonsense when renting unit but when you call and ask for information related to such fees and then they don't disclose them fully I'm out. I elected to not rent from this company and won't consider them in the future. Nickel and dime people all you want but at least be honest when asked about these additional charges.

Excellent place to use for your storage needs. Prices are so reasonable, place is clean and heated. Stacy is amazing - she makes the experience not as stressful and is just is so helpful and flexible with the whole process. I totally recommend using them and will use again in the future.

The manager called about the gate not working immediately after I applied for a spot and let me know when they would be in office, wasn't an issue because I was going to be in during office hours
