We've had an incredible experience working with Perrin Sportswear for our apparel merchandise! From start to finish, their team was creative, transparent, and truly invested in making our vision a reality. The quality of the products exceeded our expectations, and the process was seamless.
A special shoutout to Stephanie, who has been absolutely amazing—her attention to detail, responsiveness, and expertise made everything effortless.

I Love this place! I have toured 30+ sewn product manufacturing plants in West MI so I have a lot to compare them to. As a professional seamstress by trade I am excited for the opportunity to expand my skills here.
They are committed to using garments that are certified fair labor practices and have cotton initiatives. A huge Win in the world of fast fashion.
Being employee owned is another Bonus working here. Shares start to accumulate after a year and increase yearly. This is a rare gem in an industry fraught with poor labor practices globally.
The benefits packages are affordable and generous. Personal time is very helpful for unexpected events that come up in life.
Their point system gives people ample opportunity to correct course before being terminated.
It’s not for everyone. Hence the poor reviews from disgruntled former employees. Yet if you like a creative job that requires you to stay on your toes then I recommend seeing if they have a spot for you. ???

Absolutely heart breaking. I worked hard, I was dedicated, I was willing to change and grew just to stay in the company. However, after being one of two people (my partner) being laid off on second shift; I see now they never had my best interest at heart. They don't care forcing me to have to file for unemployment and look for a new line of work all because I dare question the roles Perrin decided to go by with letting two absolutely incompetent individuals run 2nd shift like garbage. From berating every staff member in EMB to writing up everyone for there own negligence. this place does not care about quality or how hard of a worker you are, they care if you can shut up and do what your told, no mater how ridiculous and impossible the last was/is.
I was harassed by my leads threw out all of February, all because I made a mistake and when I went to HR about how my Supervisor and Zone lead were treating me, pressured me to talk to them and for me to improve. My confidence was gutted and I was seen nothing more than a disturbance in the work place.
HR doesn't care about you. The shift leads don't care about you. This company is not for the employs. Don't work here unless you know it's only temporary.

I was let go from this job after two years of working there, my partner and I were the only ones of our shift to be let go. This is devastating and heartbreaking as we no longer have any income to supplement ourselves and are disabled so we already have limited job opportunities, this company will gut its workforce every two years to make room for new employees so don’t count on a stable job here! I have been abused and let down by the company for the last few months we worked here, the supervisors we were working under where verbally abusive and unprofessional they made me break down multiple times throughout my months working there, they don’t give you any tips or motivation to improve, if they notice negative behavior they would rather punish you without explanation and hope to get rid of you. Hr will pretend to be your friend while listening to other employees petty reasons for disliking you. Stay away from this place if you want to feel like a human, if you want to feel abused and discarded like trash feel free to apply the next time they open for interviews ! I loved the job itself but it’s sad to how horrendous this ‘employee run company’ treats the employees.

This is the good place to work!
HR & some of colleges very helpful and nice!
But there are something about training in Embroidery department. They expect that you have to be independent & know everything after 5 days of training.
Each 3 machine there was 3 embroidery will be there, i got unlucky on my 2nd week , I met one of my teammate , she quit have bad attitude , she greeted me with the word " i don't have patience too much " that make me feel nervous and uncomfortable at all! She is toxic and always have bad attitude with the work complaining about someone stupid/ complaining about management so on.
That day made me resign immediately cause of her. I don't want to tell Lead Zone or Supervisor due to they seem dont have any power to manage things at all.
I would recommend HR , should set the trainer team to be able to training newbie not only someone who work for awhile. Should settle the team who welcome to train and have knowledge and be good role models and set the newbie belong in the trainer team at least one month and team lead should test the newbie made sure that newbie can be independent to go out to other team. That's should be good.

I advise anyone not to go in the embroidery department unless you like drama. I worked there for three weeks and when you stand up for yourself you are seen as aggressive. Some trainer’s show you the bare minimum and get angry when you ask questions. They laugh and joke and talk about their employees. If you don’t fit into their circle then they will intimidate you. I was given a shot out about the hat’s I produced then asked by Betty was I coming in at 8:30 just to get a call stating I said I was going to beat someone a$$ and the lady told me who reported me. But if you like drama here you go! I guess you have to be family to fit in…

Better not have any sort of emergency, while working here, they will fire you fast for missing any time at all, even if it's a life or death emergency causing you to miss work.

I applied to this company and the truth is that I think they discriminate against people of color, they go twice when I apply and they deny me, it's not because of experience or because of school, just by seeing a Hispanic or Latino name, with that they tell you that you don't qualify and they don't give you the job much less do they tell you that they give you an interview opportunity or anything... don't waste time with this company to get a job because they won't give it to you.

Easily the worst company I've had the misfortune to work for. Karie Droge, the inexperienced HR Manager, is uncaring and insensitive especially to those who aren't obviously disabled.Bullies and "yes people" always get the promotions and preferential treatment and if you speak up they respond with write-ups and threats of write-ups, even if you aren't a problem person. We have been told we're "not to discuss our wages with fellow employees."The "owner" is severely out of touch with his employees and will make operation changes without understanding how the operation works; throws a wrench in an already broken process when the operators know how the operation needs to be fixed. The "charity" side of the company is pretty bad too. Relying on employees to financially help struggling employees with Christmas gifts and school supplies for their kids proving they don't pay enough.Communication is non existent and they have made zero effort to address this.I know the owner is going to see this so this is for you: You do not have my consent to use any photos with me in them, including your little "Vacationland" project. Pass it on to the correct department.
