I am typically not a person to leave a review unless if I feel like I’ve been impacted, I went in to get a propane tank filled tonight and the young lady Dawn that was working the Cash register was absolutely phenomenal, I believe tractor supply is a good company and this is not my normal tractor supply I go to, but I will be traveling out of my way just to go to this one from now on!

I usually go to the Alpine location. The staff there are very helpful and friendly. Dawn is excellent at making sure I have the supplies my animals need when I need them

I called to check & see if your store had Bordetella/Kennel cough vaccines. The gal said yes we have them. So we made an “out of the way” trip to get them & guess what?!?!? They really didn’t have them!! ? Thanks for a wasted trip!!

Feed cleanliness absolutely horrible. It’s understandable to have a few mites on bags with the heat, but not like this. You can see where they swept around the bags instead of pulling them out, cleaning under, and each bag individually. I will not be buying my horse feed from the Alpine location.

I drove to the store to purchase a space heater that showed 2 in stock at this location. An employee said the item was a seasonal item and they were put away in the back. I said that the website stated 2 were in stock and available for pickup. The employee said, “well the website is wrong”. Horrible customer service by a lazy employee.I was able to order one from Amazon no problem. They managed to find one “out of season” for me. I tried to shop local, but poor customer service sent me to Amazon. Don’t complain if Amazon runs you out of business too.

I bought a Petsafe shock collar and it was defective. I took it back no problems no questions and my refund was back in my account the next day! Staff was friendly and helpful.

I am a long time customer. I have never had problems with this store before. I am sad to say that I have been there multiple times and the dog food they sell has holes in the bags on the shelf both our dogs got extremely sick from the first bag with a hole in it. Please do not shop at this location! They think it's ok to sell contaminated products. Completely illegal you can NOT sell products that make humans or animals sick! I will be back with my lawyer. If you can't sell dog food without contaminating it then don't sell dog food!

I was not impressed by the customer service I received by Julie, and come to find out she was the manager. Customers can choose where to spend their money, going forward I will do my shopping at Family Farm and home
