They were mad that I brought in a lot of packages and I put fragile. Stickers everywhere and they dropped my package right in front of me and it broke so I lost money on my business and she was rude and Kept slamming them and not keeping the right side up I will never go here again actually the worst place I been to yet

I absolutely love the Comstock Park Post Office. The staff here are genuinely friendly, helpful, and—this is big—not judgmental. You know how most post offices make you feel like you’re inconveniencing everyone by daring to mail a package? Not here. This place has that hometown feel where people still smile at you and don’t make you feel like you just asked them to carry your package to the moon.
Service is fast, the people are nice, and I’ve never once felt like I was in trouble just for standing in line. Honestly, I kinda look forward to going. (Which is weird. Who likes going to the post office?)
Keep doing what you’re doing, Comstock Park crew. You’re doing it right.

Cruel and heartless. I went to the post office and put my wedding invitations in the drop box. They were heartfelt, hand written envelopes that took a lot of time to make. I thought I had enough postage as the envelopes were very light (that's on me). What broke my heart was opening my mailbox today to find my invitations tightly wrapped with multiple rubber bands (crunching and creasing them) but then to see the RED INK additional postage mark stamped all over my envelopes. And it wasn't next to the mailing stamp so that it could be hidden with another stamp, or even on the back of the envelope. No, this heartless person stamped different places on each envelope. Bottom left. Top left. Bottom right. Side ways here, upside down there. You couldn't salvage any of them. They couldn't have stamped one? Or added a note saying additional postage required without RUINING them? These took a lot of time and were hand made. These people are heartless. Now I have to pay more money to redo all of this. Terrible and heartless.

I had a very frustrating experience with package delivery. When I tracked my package, it kept looping around the destination for last 3days with no clear reason. After speaking with a USPS manager, I was assured that the issue had been resolved. However, even after another day, the package still hadn’t been delivered. I repeatedly called customer service and even visited the shipping location, but nothing changed. Mistakes happen in postal and courier services, but failing to fix them even after escalation, is unacceptable. I should consider using a different shipping provider.

Ruined my business. Fragile means fragile. With all these bad reviews about the old lady there I'm surprised they still let her work there! I'll happily work the easiest job in the world for her! (She reads the name sports cards and bends the envelope in half in front of me, who does that?) Never happened the one other rude time I went there

Jenn at the counter is a treasure, I wish the post office could clone her, for years I have used this post office, she is fast efficient, and professional, she is conscious of the number of people in line and doesn’t chat it up unnecessarily, the woman does her job and does it well
