I will never return to this Verizon store. I came here because I wanted a new phone and wanted to pass my older (but not outdated) phone down to one of my kids. Pete did not assist me in this. He was condescending, rude, and refused to listen to me. I told him what I thought would be best for our family and said I wanted some prices. There was a trade-in deal happening and he told me I would be ‘dumb’ and ‘stupid’ not participate in it. I told him numerous times I didn’t want to trade in my phone. He proceeded to walk me over to the display phones and show me iPhone 13s, which I didn’t want, I wanted a 14 or 15. I told him I was willing to pay more to not trade in, and to get the phone I wanted. He continued to be condescending, call me names, and cut me off. At one point he even told me he was going to go print off some information as maybe I “would understand it better with it written in front of you”. I understood just fine, I just didn’t want that. I will go to a locally owned store before I go back here and I’ll be giving them my business. I did address this with a manager, Will, when Pete went back to print off information and Will was apologetic and said there was a wait and no one else to help me. I said that was fine, and I’d leave. When Pete came out and mansplained his paper to me, I was very vocal about my disappointment and told him he should be ashamed of himself for not listening to what the customer wanted instead of pushing a promotion. Even when apologizing, Pete cut me off and talked over me. He just doesn’t get it.

My most recent visit to Verizon was very pleasant. I am a new customer and was happy to be helped by Paul. He was very informative and patient with all questions. The staff was all around attentive and extremely friendly. It goes without saying that I had a smooth transaction and am happy to be a new customer for verizon.

This store was very helpful as we went in to take care of an issue where my father-in-law's VA benefits were removed from his name and account causing the bill to jump dramatically. The whole system Verizon tried to get us to use was very confusing and hard for older veterans to use. We should not be trying to make things harder for our vets, but easier. The employee we had helping us, worked hard to get us through the process, even having some difficulties herself. I wish there was an easier way to talk to Verizon corporate, but this store was a great help to us. They also didn't even try to sell us anything we didn't need at the time.

They bricked my phone. Now I'm trying to undo what they did. Waste of timeEdit. Brought my phone to the Grandville store on Wilson they said Alpine avenue was using the wrong SIM card in my phone and that's why they couldn't activate it. They gave me the right SIM card and in 5 minutes the phone was working again. I won't ever visit the Alpine location they don't know what the heck they're doing!

Very friendly service, supportive and helpful with plans and deals. Has a trade in system if your phone is applicable, the better the condition the better the trade in value. Variety of devices and plans with a plan that will likely work for you. Both Apple and Android devices can be found here.

Nobody get Verizon or switch to them. I have had an absolutely horrible experience. I was with my previous carrier for 3+ years. Verizon talked me over to get a new iPhone 14 in the same price plan. We trusted them switched to the new iPhone 14 with Verizon for free plus no activation, tell me why for the first week of our service our phones did not work nobody on customer service was helpful at all then two weeks later we have a $400 bill. They are charging us for the phones they said we’re free and activation fee per line I spoke with customer service. They said that they were going to apply a discount they never did and now my phones off and I owe $425 , Verizon is a scam. Please do not go to them. They have not made anything right and my phone has been turned off.

My mother went into the Verizon Store in Comstock Park, MI around 11 AM EST on 9/19/23. The man helping her was unbelievably rude. When she was asking for specific questions, He just told her to read the instructions. He told her that she would be charged for all the questions in a very demeaning tone. Then another woman walked in, and asked her if she had more than 5 questions. Please educate this individual on customer service again, or find a different role/position for them where they dont speak to customers.

So part 2. After 2.5 hours and talking to 4 tech people i think we were able to fix the problem unlike the store!Very upset!! Went there to get my voice mail fixed because it said it was full but I only had one saved and was very important to me! I made it very clear that I did not want it deleted and said it several times! But after more then an hour and calling their tech line they fixed my voice mail but lost my saved email! I was beyond upset! I would have rather not had voice mail fixed! They did not seem like or acted like there was a way to get it back. So basically I was lied to!

I went there because all of a sudden out of the blue my voice-mail kept saying it was full but I only had I saved voice-mail. I have had that voice-mail for years. It was of my daughter when she was like 6. So I was very animate that I did not want that deleted! If that was going to be the case I did not need voice-mail I was assured that was nor going to happen. Well they lied to me! Now it is gone and I am beyond upset! After more then an hour and them having to call their tech line i was able to leave. I just teally wish i could het that back! I would have gavea better review if that would not have happened!
