Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. They broke my vehicle, I tried for almost a whole year to resolve the issue before I had to get rid of my car... Now that I don't have the vehicle, they are unwilling to do anything about it. Dave, who is in charge of automotive and I believe some other departments, did some fact checking to resolve my problem... and the information that he found out in the store was completely false. People had said that I hadn't contacted them at all in the past year and that the help that they were going to give me, was not accurate to what I had originally been told. Dave was completely unreasonable and listened to the store associates as apposed to his client/the customer. I will never recommend walmart for anything and this was the last little bit of hope that I had left for them. If I were you, I would leave here and never return.

I will be transferring my perceptions some where else. they are constantly "Running behind". So i only ever get a call half the time when stuff is ready, when i do get a call there have been several times it actually wasn't ready. Twice they didn't even bother running my insurance.Today was final straw. Doc send over the RX 4 hours ago. It's still not ready and they said they were "running Behind" and wont be ready for an hour or more. They close in about an hr. So not getting it today.Update: 7:10 email came in saying RX ready, but the list pick up time in the email is says to pick up after 5:18..... The incompetency is just astonishing.Update 2: Now able to go get the RX...... they have it all screwed up and wrong. I took the only thing that was correct and left with out the other 3 items. I will be having my doctor send those else wear. The level of incompetency with this people is real.

I transferred my prescriptions to Walmart because the prices were cheaper. After waiting in line a long time, I finally got to talk to someone with broken English. I was treated rudely and ended walking away without one of the prescriptions. Too much hassle and a disrespectful uncaring staff.

I've been using this pharmacy for 6+ years and can not say enough good things about the pharmacy staff! They are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I never have to wait long whether dropping off or picking up. The automated system is easy to use and my request is always filled before the time they promise. Signing up for text messages has been a time saver. They let me know when my prescription is ready or when it's time to renew. Since I'm not insured for prescriptions they are competitively priced and with the friendly staff, it's a great place to fill your prescriptions.

Very unhappy with Walmart auto center this is my second trip it will take me at least three trips to get one tire changed I was there earlier they told me to 2 1/2 hour away now they're telling me which is an hour and a half later that it's gonna be a couple more hours so I'm having lunch when Applebee's opens and then who knows how long it's going to take I don't have that much shopping you doing lunch is going to not gonna take that long very happy with Walmart on Alpine I can't believe they're passing the buck like thatThey told me earlier that there was 10 tires changes ahead of me now they're telling me they're still a tire changes ahead of me what's going on there he seen polite but somethings going on that's really where there is not meant many park cars out in the parking lot and I don't see but one car in the shop. They kept blowing me off oh it's going to take this amount of time it's going to take this amount of time and then it's going to take yet again this amount of time 3 1/2 hours later after pushing it finally getting the work done and getting a manager of the auto center involved. Talking with the store manager after Words she also "blew me off".. "there short-staffed" like it was no big deal her that I had to wait 3 1/2 hours and it could have been longer had I not put my foot down and kind of went over the one guys head at the service counter even experienced some flak from the service people because I tried to get their attention when there was nobody at the service desk at least twice during my visit.Their excuse a couple days earlier when I stopped in was pretty much the same that they were going to not going to write any more orders because they had this much work ahead of them and met with the same "excuse" although I arrived early in the morning today to try to nip this in the bud and get the work done with a reasonable amount of time.........
