“Wow what an experience I sent a letter from the UK to michigan and it was ment to be delivered 10th June when I rang up to see if it can be redelivered the lady I spoke to WAS SO HELPFUL (I think she was the supervisor) she understood the situation and has actually delivered the letter herself for me, I'm so thankful for her :) and in shock that she has been so kind & helpful <3 Thank you ever so much (I didn't catch her name unfortunately) but what an amazing lady God bless you
