Needed a portable toilet last minute for a party at our lake house and the wonderful lady that answered my call was extremely helpful. The young gentleman that delivered it was very professional and worked with me on where to locate it. Great experience and will definitely return when I need a portable toilet again.

The lady in the office was very nice, however the one guy who has come out twice was very unprofessional and rude! Kyle should not be interacting with people! They do not update people on things. Very disappointed now I sat here with no porta potty because of a miscommunication, with no offer of help whatsoever just a lot of apologies I would recommend them to no one

Worst place you could ever rent anything from!! Rented a porta potty from them. They stop by on the road and totally refused to drop it off, said they can't take it where they dropped it off at last year with no issues, but this year they got 20 year-old kids driving and thinks he'll get stuck in the driveway!! So I call the office and she says yea sorry can't help you and hung up on me. AWESOME customer service to say the least!! Hear the sarcasm!!

I want to comment BJ for doing a fantastic job today. He was on time, he was courteous and friendly and he was thorough in doing his job. Also Lana is courteous, answered questions and very professional in doing her job.

The worst customer service ever!!! Time was supposed to be 830am and they showed up at 7am. The driver didn't even look at the drive but refused to drive down it!!! We have had plenty of other companies that have drove down it and delivered. Then the person on the phone refused to try and work something out!! What a pitiful company!!!
