If you are looking to disconnect from the world, then this is the place! Beautiful nightsky, great staff, cabins were great! If you know how to start a fire, then I highly recommend turning off all the lights and enjoying the fire inside the front room. If you need to stay connected to the outside world, though, I do not recommend it as you won't be able to. The internet is available, but it comes and goes as it pleases. I plan to go again here soon!

We had a phenomenal experience on the Moonlit Snowshoe Hike with Chris and Amy. There were a few history lessons, some mind work, and a serene scene.

Beautiful lodge at the tip of a beautiful peninsula. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fun trails. Certified dark park. What else could you ask for? We will be back again.

Food & drinks: I had the pleasure of meeting Wedad, owner and chef. Having traveled extensively, I understand how difficult it might be to break into in a new region when you are not from said region. She was so cool - literally explained all of the amazing items that were on her menu for the day. They are short and succinct, probably for a reason. As a foodie, I love a chef that will come out and explain to you what is available and why.

My husband and I stayed here two nights to celebrate his birthday, and we loved the whole experience. As beautiful as it is to drive up there, staying in the cabin and walking the trails was even more impressive than I expected. The Lodge stands out at the top of all my travel stays. We'd heard the food was good but even the food exceeded our expectations too. We ordered from the window. What kind people Wadid and John are, and the Keweenaw is lucky to have them and the ideas they are implementing, and all the hard work they've done to preserve that special place.

We went up for fall colors and stayed in log cabins (heated but you can make your own fire). Breakfast is included and delicious! We purchased a picnic basket dinner and grilled our own burgers with some additional fixings! Staff and chef are superb! Well worth the drive!

The Keewenaw Mountain Lodge is such an amazing place. The history of the lodge alone makes it a worthy destination, but when you add in the natural beauty of the location it makes it a must see destination. The new owners are wonderful and make every effort to ensure your visit is memorable. We took advantage of the chefs dinner during our stay and it was a highlight.

A simple visit to view the extraordinary property rather than stay this time. The owners are honoring the exceptional architecture & location as they balance the outdoors with golf, nature, dark sky park, lodging, and dining. They are even adding EV charging as they upgrade cabins.

Good cabin, plenty of firewood delivered. I don't recommend eating here. Staff was ok but took forever to get food and coffee. The golf course looked ok but was too cold to play. Lots of flies inside the lodge and cabins.

We’ve stayed here twice while visiting my sons at MTU on camping/motel/lodge trips & loved it! Cabins are cozy & immaculate, and in my humble opinion, very reasonably priced, especially considering Included breakfast. We met the chef wandering around the lodge & she was a delightful woman… which brings me to my one minor complaint; I wish they would reopen the bar in the lodge. After our days of hiking at Tahquamenon Falls, motorcycling around the peninsula, sunsets on Brockway mountain, cooking outside on the cabin grill, exploring Gay sands, and stargazing on the golf course, it would be nice to meet up with other travelers & find out who we were staying with & what they’ve experienced. The official policy is that they want guests to get outside & enjoy the surroundings; it’s a beautiful building & I feel like it’s going to waste. Girlfriend & I had a drink from the snack bar & were the only people enjoying this wonderful space. As a history major, that’s a shame.

I've only eaten here a couple of times at the cafe and gotten a drink at the bar. Absolutely love everything about this place, such a positive atmosphere, excellent 10/10 breakfast burrito, super nice staff. Hoping to make it back to stay here with a group of bikers

My husband and I recently stayed here. The cabin (16) was rustic and yet had all the amenities you would need. The windows in the main room opened out to the forest behind the cabin. The scent of the trees and rustle of the leaves was relaxing and serene. The breakfast bowls and wraps were delicious. We met Chef Wi who was friendly and kind and Martin was attentive and helpful. The staff at the Outdoor Activity Center were very helpful and knew a lot about the area; local hiking/biking trails, good spots to see stars, rivers and streams as well as other interests. We hoped to see the stars and milky way because it is a registered dark sky park, but the weather didn't cooperate. We are planning on coming back and hope to stay longer.

The people who work here are so entitled that they will deliberately ruin a wedding reception just because they misunderstood a joke that you made. Hard to believe, but that act alone made this the worst service I have ever received. Disgraceful that a teenage girl would think they are more important than an entire wedding party but I guess that's how they feel. Could not even adress the person they had a problem with and instead told the bride and groom. Totally inappropriate. Then proceeded to harass guests after their shift was over.

Great to be back after many years away. Cabin with forced air and baseboard heat along with fireplace used almost every night was great. Disappointed by no dining room but cafe for included breakfast and optional lunch ok with local dinner choices. Emphasis on adventure experiences like nature hikes, mountain biking, golf, and dark sky stargazing including Perseids was great. Small staff was stretched but friendly and helpful especially Monica, Amy, and Matt. Very responsive to our needs - replaced microwave and brought fireplace wood. Looking forward to returning.
