Every time I call, I am on hold for 25+ minutes before I even talk to someone, I usually just hang up. It hasn’t just happened once, but every single time I call!! Doesn’t matter the time or day. Really makes me want to switch to a new CU since I live about 30 mins from there now it’s convenient to call but no one answers!

Customer service at this place is a laughable joke, at the time of writing this been on hold for over 45 minutes, not to mention the 30 minutes i was on hold for previously befor i got irritated and hung up, im pulling my money and switching to dort federal since LAUGH-Q absolutely does not care about its members.
