It's been a full work week, I have yet to receive my medication, they fail to pick up the phone, forcing me to come in, only for them to change the date they claimed it would arrive by another week. (They have changed this date 4 times now.) My medication was supposed to come in on Sep 12, I came in on Sep 12, they didn't have it, told me it'd come in tomorrow. I came in on the 13th, only to be told they ordered the wrong medication and to come back the next day. I come in today, and they tell me to come back next week. I am changing pharmacies. The Meijers store is fine, but the pharmacy is dysfunctional.

Meijer pharmacy is straight BOOTY! Literally every single time I go there nothing but problems, between insurance WHICH HAS NEVER CHANGED, to scripts saying they are ready to them not being, to even saying owe money when my meds are free. Just always something. Officially done giving them business!!

I wish zero stars was an option. Between the countless issues getting prescriptions filled, 45+ minute wait times when you’re the only one in line, incompetent staff, having to give them my insurance card every time I pick up a prescription because they don’t have it on file, I will not be using them again

So much to be said for a pharmacy that has a prescription ready when they say they will.Walgreens is a nightmare.Changed to Meijer and glad for the service I get there.

Staff has many times been SO short with us over the phone. They cannot wait to get you off the line, attempting to end the call before we've had all of our questions answered! Not what we expect when dealing with something as critical as prescription meds.

Just picked up a prescription for the first time this morning. I was told it would be about 40 minutes, after I had waited in line a few minutes. I shopped and after check out it happened to be 40 minutes on the dot. I figured it wasn't done yet but I went to check before I left. The girl saw me, confirmed my info, and said she was going to see if she could hurry it along for me. She went to the back and 5 minutes later had my prescription. I know they were busy, and I really appreciated this effort.

Never again. Incompetent idiots. I was told the prescriptions were all in stock. I waited thirty minutes the was told it would be another fourty five minutes. I left the store. I received a notification the prescriptions were ready. I drove back to the pharmacy only to be told they prescriptions were not in stock. I quit the Walmart pharmacy because of poor customer service. Meijer has gone full on poor service. These people are idiots and could not care less about customer service. These people can go screw themselves.

Unbelievable. Waited over 10 mins in the pharmacy drive thru. They now close at 6pm on Saturday. They pulled thr curtain closed as I pulled up after waiting in line at 6:00 pm on the dot. Couple this with countless issues getting prescriptions filled, errors putting in refills and a general terrible attitude on countless occasions I've had enough and will transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. The only benefit to using Meijer has been the mperks but it's not worth being treated terribly as a customer!!

Tell me a 45 minute wait. Hour and 45 minutes later, no script or updated wait time. It's pain medication. You think I want to walk back and forth 150 times for nothing? No, I do not. I understand it gets busy but at least keep me informed so I'm not sitting there waiting for hours for no reason.

went to the men's room today near the front by shopping carts and it was the dirtiest bathroom I have seen in a very long time worse than a gas stations..very disappointed especially during a pandemic when EVERYONE should practice better sanitizing practices. the urinal was even out of order. this bathroom had not had a good deep cleaning in a while and was obvious. earlier in the week it the same way confirming its a neglected duty there. such a nice store however the bathroom I have used twice this week makes me wonder about other areas of the store . I am sure the store manager uses the bathroom and seen this nastiness!!

Absolutely worst snide and rude service for a pharmacy that consistently doesn't count right and messes up. I've even had Memorial say they have a hard time with them. Take your business elsewhere!
