Garbage location. All kiosks, so no customer service to speak of. If you're ordering with cash, don't bother. Out of the 4 customers there, only the person who paid electronically got served, the rest of us had to wait for a service representative. Out of those 4, we ordered first and got served last. Food was served cold. Never will I go back to this location.

I had the best experience I've had there in a long time. Simon was at the drive through and made sure everything was correct with my order. Very pleased!

I went through the drive through on 2/4/24 at 6:15pm I’m not sure of the young ladies name working the window but she was the most pleasant young lady I have ever encountered at a fast food drive through window and she deserves credit for her customer service it’s employees like her who make customers enjoy coming back to an establishment!! Bravo young lady!!

I ordered from this location yesterday, I am actually very happy I decided to make a in-store order as well as my online order. The new GM made a point to ask me about my experience here as she was cashing out my in-store order. She was very welcoming and genuinly interested in my experience. She did ask about another location, one I do not frequent unless I am door dashing, as she was brought to this location from the one she asked about. My ONLY complaint, one she has no control over, is the lack of personal interaction due to being able to order at a kiosk.I have never, in michigan, had such a genuine inquiry about my experience anywhere as I had with this obviously very caring woman. I can only imagine she will make this store one of the best it can be I only hope the employees she is in charge of will share in her dedication. These days, people work for money rather than caring about what they do which is why there is such poor customer service. Too often the phrase "i get paid by the hour" leads to a lack of attention to the quality of that work.Vegetarian options: The top right of the screen shows a toggle for vegitarian options, I am in the process of moving to vegetarian options due to arthritic issues.

I stopped in to get food before work, none of the workers acknowledged me so I ordered on the kiosk. 10 minutes passed and they still didn't acknowledge me. One of them came out of the kitchen finally and told me $8.47, and they haven't even started making it yet. Bad customer service ??

The food here is amazing compared to the taco bell in downtown owosso service was great customer service was great front counter person even offered to help us use the touch screen menu if we needed help CORUNNA TACO BELL IS #1 will return to this location over Owosso location

It's Taco Bell, so it's a classic. Wish they'd bring back their chilli cheese burritos but I'll still eat here even if they don't. Good service, decent food for being fast food and alright atmosphere.

There are no big menu boards. The menus are all digital. Finding menu items to order was confusing. They are setup more for mobile ordering than a traditional Taco Bell. A team member did come out and help us. Food was great.Vegetarian options: More options than traditional fast food.
