First off. Yeah, I've been playing with everybody's male man. My mail has not made it here yet, but you're giving me somebody else's mail who doesn't even live here. Where is my packages? I better have my packages by tomorrow. Both of them I better have my packages at the trailer park. Tomorrow because this does not make any sense.If I don't get my packages at 5410 spruce drive crosswell michigan I am going to call your boss and complain to them and tell them what is going on. I have a subscription of TriCity Times newspaper. It comes out every Wednesday weekly. I either never get it or it’s almost a week late. I called the paper customer service and they send out all papers on Wednesday. Why is it our post office is sooooo slow in getting it to me?? So disgusted with delivery because you can’t count on anything! They keep raising stamp prices and do less delivery now. What’s up with that? Deliver when you feel like it.

There was no reason for you to speak to me the way you did..Lisa, u were extra emely rude to me plus I have to go to the er to get a migraine cocktail because the amount of purfume you were wearing gave me a HORRIBLE migraine..if u came be polite to customers, work in a factory..we have enough problems, we don't need yr foul attitude too

Not appropriately doing their job and poor customer service.
Didn’t scan the tracking number when they supposedly shipped out our package. I paid expedited shipping to have it delivered in one day and they were unsure of what happened to the package or where it was located.
There was no assistance in helping me to figure out where the package was or what could be done as next steps to help solve the issue.
All that was said was “there is nothing we can do.”
