“This was my first use of a storage unit service. Prompt communication & follow through. Autopay was convenient but easily able to reach the person managing. Secured and well-lit around the outside. Building inside was dry and stayed clean, and it helped that pallets were included. No evidence of mice or bugs, No break ins or theft. Inside was closed off from neighboring units which was reassuring. Thanks so much for a great storage unit for three years! All my treasures were in great shape when I brought them back out! I appreciate such a quality place to store my lifetime things while transitioning. 5 stars and more if I could. Thank you!”
