“Recently rented a storage unit at the Holly location and was a little concerned about the all automated process although it was quite pleasant and easy. Once I got to my unit I noticed a truck driving through with a Sparebox logo on the side. The man drove over to see if I needed anything and introduced himself. His name is Kenn and he answered every question I had and even gave me a business card with his personal cell on back and said don't hesitate to call anytime if I have any problems. I would take one employee like Kenn over an office of 10 lazy people sitting in a building everytime. Automation isn't a bad thing if the savings are used to invest in great help like Kenn that actually do the job and do it well and more importantly are happy to do it. Thanks again Kenn!”

“This is a big shout out to Grant and the company all together. I have lived in Oakland/Lapeer county area for my entire life and have certainly had my share of experiences with more storage units than I care to count (moving, deaths in the family, divorce, etc.). Obviously the goal is to get done what you need to in order to make the investment count. All that I really want to say at this time is that for the first time, I’m in no hurry, it’s because of the way that I have been treated as a customer and a human being. This is hands down the best storage unit company I have hired and Grant is the best person I have worked with. Worth every penny and peace of mind.”
“Nice people, nice place, reasonable rates, very secure and very well monitored. Units are fairly new, clean, drainage has been well set up so there's never any issues with flooding or moisture build up. 24 hour access has been a plus for us. Be nice if some of the other customers would learn how to drive and would quit running through and breaking the wooden gates !!! Overall would highly reccomend.”
