Their sales person sent a pick up to the wrong store.. then wouldn’t give me a refund! Told me I had to drive to the wrong store to get a refund when I paid for it at this location. Didn’t even try to help..completely incompetent. Used to patron frequently never will again! I’ll be sure to tell people not to shop there.. terrible customer service and dont even know how their own system works.

I met the nicest man yesterday , his name was Chavez . I bought a battery he put it in. He was so nice and polite. The world needs more workers like him that’s for sure.

"chavez" or "shavez " whoever the so called "store manager there's no one above me " said the short hispanic / african american looking man. was just harmful. there was an empty store and two employees and they wouldn't take the battery out of the car. literally empty store and two employees. then didn't want to replace the battery that was fully under warranty and he admitted to it being under warranty. then wouldn't let me purchase a battery. he wouldn't let me do anything at all just wanted to sit there and argue. literally he didn't want to do anything other than argue. in his own words "i'm the manager there is no one above me" insanely harmful
