I was renting a truck from Chicago and dropping it off at this location. Since it was my first time I gave them a call and asked tons of questions. The person (didn't get a name) working that day was very helpful. Returned my truck to them a couple days later with no problems. Thank you for your help!

Price was great. TRUCK WAS DISGUSTING! Seeds and spilled liquid everywhere. The guy taking my info answered the phone and had a 30 min conversation about renting out his bridal stuff. He was rude.

Well, did you try customer service? That is what its there for. To handle any complaints that the dealer has no control over. I have been renting trucks off this lot for several years. A well oiled machine. If there is truck shortage it is not the dealers fault. I would take it up with the person who never returned it. I doubt people are aware of some instances where trucks are rented and do not show up until months later a thousand of miles away in some ghetto.

I made a reservation online for a 10 ft truck after normal business hours on a Friday. When I arrived for pick up on Saturday I was informed that they didn't gave a truck. Since I made the reservations after hours there waz a glitch in the system. No big deal I can move on another day. I check my bank account on Monday and there it's a $50 charge. I call to explain my situation and the man on the phone was very rude. Told me it wasn't there fault and to call customer service. I try to ask for the number but I got hung up on instead. I called customer service the were extremely polite and credit the money back to my account. As I was about to get off the phone I decide to ask why there was a billing. I was told they never cancelled the reservation at the original pick up store. It seems kind of shady that they "forget" to cancel the reservation. I might use budget again but never this store. Rude and either incompetent out shady people work at this location.
